This app is super helpful in navigating around the festival and planning out your schedule of who you want to see... I needed to delete my 2018 app to get the 2019 app — just in case anyone finds that helpful! Show more

The app says very little about where to find the Nashville food trucks on 5th Ave S. There should be a “eat and drink” point of interest on the map letting people know to come to 5th and Demonbreun for food trucks. Show more

Excited to get my schedule going for this year, this app definitely helps me keep track of where I need to be!

I had a blast and am grateful CMA has this event, however the main reason for my fun were not CMA run events. The Redneck Riviera stage was the highlight. Well run, the staff was excellent, great artists and music and all were welcomed and comfortable. It's obvious John Rich put his heart and soul into it and had as much fun as everyone there. So I spent my time and money supporting them and had a blast. I'll be back when the bar opens because if this event was this much fun I can't wait to see what the bar is like. Nash Pass was a total disappointment and waste of money. The disorganization at the events this $50 pass was supposed to give access to is completely unacceptable. We missed the artist we wanted to see at Fan Fair because the scan code sent as the Nash Bash ticket could not be scanned!!! We needed paper tickets which involved a 3 hr wait on another long CMA Fest line. How is it CMAfest sells tickets, sends an electronic ticket then will not accept it for entry???? Added to this EVERY CMA Fest person I asked for help was completely useless and had no clue abt the Nash Pass. They were polite but just sent you to someone else. Very poor staff training. Aside from the disappointing CMA run events I did have fun and will return but my time and money will be spent on other events run by people who obviously enjoy what they do, show love to the fans and have the energy to do it right. The update is fine except for the schedule. It's nice to be able to add artists to your personal schedule, but we need to be able to see where they are playing there instead of having to find it elsewhere. Show more

This app is surprisingly very bad. It's literally worthless. It has been much better in years past. Way too glitchy. Almost not functional

The app won't let me sync my schedule. It tells me my login is invalid every time and I know it's not. Please, please, please fix soon!!

I can’t get the schedule to work on a computer, or either app on my iPhone or iPad. 9 days away and I’ve got nothing. The schedule I DID have has disappeared. ??? C’mon guys! Show more

Not working properly. Please fix before the festival next week. This app helps a lot.

We go every year and rely on this for all the shows going on. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!! It crashes a lot and when it's not it is insanely slow. I hope there is a fix soon. We are 11 days away! Show more

I relied heavily on last years app to plan our CMA Fest visit. This years app does not work as well. The schedule is not showing up. Also when I did the update it cleared the schedule I had created. Please get it fixed soon. Show more

I'm amazed at how incompetent the creators of every version of this app have been! It never works properly. This version erased my schedule and no schedule appears for any of the days. News flash guys. CMA Fest is less than two weeks away and your app is still completely useless!!! Please hire somebody who has a clue what they are doing. Show more
