Ever since my iPad automatically updated to version 4 of the app, I’ve had problems with stability and reliability with my personas revelator I owe 24. I was forced to update the firmware on the Revelator to continue using the app, which was a bad idea. Version 1.27 has definite issues. I have rolled back the firmware on the hardware to version 1.21, but now I can’t figure out how to roll back to the prior version of UC surface on iOS so I can start using the app again. Show more

We use this app to mix a 4 piece band thru the Studio Live 24R. It always works great on various iPad used by the band. The fact that you don’t need a huge mixer, snake, etc…is amazing. Show more

If you intend to use this with the Revelator io44, don’t waste your time. This is an incredibly buggy app that will just cause you frustration. Sometimes it opens missing part of the graphics, buttons randomly remain inactive, others remain stuck. I have never seen such poor coding. apparently no one bothered to properly test it. Having had some experience with this company, I will venture to guess they won’t bother to fix it for quite some time, if at all. Show more

I open up the app is says I need to update, then just send me to a blank screen. The app that you download from the website works but this app doesn’t. Don’t make an app if it doesn’t work. I would rate this -5 stars if I could. Show more

simply put, the app shouldn't drain my iPad pro completely before the end of a 90 minute set off the charger, walking the venue.

Every time I save a scene using the app it saves it as a brand new scene at the end of the list. This bug is so annoying because the only work around is to save the scene locally to my iPad. Please fix this presonus! It’s been going on for about 2 years! Show more

Was hoping to learn the mixer using this app. I see from posts this has been an issue since 2017. Good luck.

Worked great until the last update. Now as soon as I select my mixer from the app, it crashes. :(

I am just starting to use this… love the control! But I have twice set colors for my channels, and when I shut down and come back later it is all gone. How can I save that setting? Show more

Selecting “demo” mode just makes the app crash. Will try with an actual mixer later and update the review, but demo mode crashing leaves a bad first impression for how reliable the app will be in a live scenario. Show more

This application is not user friend . All of the parameter have delay when i selected theme . The eq page is small and give me my time . The eq parameter like Q must be change with finger in eq diagram . This application have a problem . Please changing it . It not good for studiolive 3 . Go and see midas , behringer , qsc , mackie mixer applications. Show more

Looks nice but needs work... I want to use my Studio 1810 to playback multi tracks from an iPad DAW called Multitracker. In order to use 1810 Outputs 3-8, I need to turn on Mixer Bypass which is only available in the Mac or PC version of this app. This iPad version will only connect to the 1810 interface via WiFi (when the interface is connected via USB to a laptop running the same app. Once powered down the 1810 forgets this preference. I understand that this app is purely a WiFi controller and not an actual DAW, but I need a way to Bypass Mixer from the iPad (to give the 1810 basic I/O functions, ie. operate as a stand-alone Class Compliant USB Interface as advertised). This app makes me happy when it works. I have a Quantum interface with the latest firmware (November). The app will not connect because It says my firmware is out of date. Support has not been helpful. Show more

This is a great software that I really enjoy however for some odd reason I can’t get the effects to work on all my mics! I don’t know what the issue is and I tried everything! If you can help me fix this issue I will change this to 5 stars! Show more

I’m posting here because the app support link is broken. Since updating my Quantum to the latest firmware from November, the UC Surface App won’t connect to the interface, saying “firmware update required.” This is clearly because the UC Surface app is not compatible with the latest Quantum firmware. I’m almost shocked that PreSonus would let this happen. They’re usually on top of things. Please update the app! Show more

I am so devastated that they can’t figure out how to support products that came out just years ago. With the new app, you cannot control your RM device with your iPad. What a stupid, horrible thing to do to customers. Show more
