I’ve been checking out mostly classical music streaming, and Tidal is the best so far with my Sony headset

Frequently when you search artists their profile will say “No Connection tap to refresh”. This would lead you to think it is a wick issue but actually the app is malfunctioning. Tapping to refresh also doesn’t work. I’ve had some of my favorite artists go away for weeks on end. Show more

Love Tidal! Thanks you! This is so much more advanced than it was a few years ago when I tried it out the first time, listening to high quality music is so important to music lovers like myself in a world of compressed and degraded formats. Only negative thing I can say is that it needs more features like the Crossfade, or possibly an EQ just for practical purposes even though I know they want to preserve the original format and qualify as much as possible. My question is that why does this app download documents and data into its app that is taking up storage as partially view videos or partially downloaded video when all I play is music. Can y’all explain that ? Show more

Can’t connect Tidal to tv without difficulty. Go to a site, sign up/in, enter a code, then app wants you to pay for everything. Free is standard quality. Choose it and still couldn’t get it to cast without downloading another app. What? Spotify easily recognizes my firestick, will bring the app up on the tv, and start playing music from my phone. You can even scroll lyrics on the tv for the songs. All for free. Show more

Tidal never disappoint me whatever content, quality and interfaces.

has many glitches. i find that i have to turn my phone off and restart it for tidal to work properly. red codes pop up at bottom of screen too often saying that the track couldnt be played. annoying A F Show more

It’s been really annoying because I’m running out of storage because of it, and I can’t get app support or something, I might just change to Spotify if it continues that way, because there’s a lot of annoying bugs too… Show more

Tidal continues to exceed my expectations, from fantastic sound quality, to a great setup, love this!!!

Half of the time I open the app to play a song to AirPlay or Bluetooth speaker, audio just does not play. Not buffering. Just doesn’t play. I have to close the app and reopen to be able to hear audio. Why? Also, gotta bring lyrics to the Apple TV App. Show more
