You can only upload three songs at a time to your VOX library and each song takes about ten seconds to download. I’m also having trouble syncing from iPhone to iPad, which is why I paid the $5! For premium. I believe they don’t offer a free trial because they KNOW their service barely works. I won’t give it one star, because it may work perfectly with a Mac, and I like creative user interfaces. If you don’t have a Mac and intend on uploading hi-res files, stay far away from this app. Show more

VOX will not play any song all the way through, without skipping tracks or pausing the current track. I am attempting to play all songs locally, via sharing from Files. My situation is very similar to the one posted below. Please fix this. Otherwise, I will need to cancel my premium subscription. Thank you. Local files in my iPhone are about 100 discs, something like 65Gb. Most are flac, but some are alac. Problem presents itself on both cases. I started changing from flac to alac in case I have to switch to the apple music app to avoid the problem. Sometimes it stops after 1 song, or after 2, others it cam hold on for some more. When it stops, sometimes instead of just stopping after the last song it played in the queue, it jumps to another song in the queue maybe 1 or 2 before, or maybe 5 or 6 after the last one played; then it stays there waiting to manually be restarted. I like the app for the most part but its the windows OS i dont like whenever you try to put downloads on it it will stay stuck and you cant sign out or do anything Not re-subscribing til this is fixed Show more

VOX 2.7.12 Has introduced a graphical line issue viewing the album with tracks. It’s happening on the transition from album title and list of tracks within the album.

The app description says it supports spotify. It doesn’t.

VOX had the last.fm functionality not working for months but it’s finally working again!!!! This app is amazing and I can confidently give it 5 stars

Adds music files quickly. Collections works fine, doesn’t do list view. Don’t care for the Ukraine coloured heart on the app icon. Keep your politics out of my face.

Ребята, отличный плеер. Был бы лучшим и вне конкуренции, если бы поправили момент с тем, что приложение не запускается на iPhone 12 / iOS 16.2 от слова «сосем». Хочется понимать, что деньги уплаченные за премиум, отданы за работающее решение, а не в пустоту. Надеюсь на оперативное решение проблемы. After updating the app to the latest version, I can no longer open the app and it just force closes.

I've been using VOX for more than 3 years. I keep all my lossless music library in VOX Cloud. It's very comfortable because I can listen to music everywhere from my iPhone, MacBook, and Windows computer at my workplace. By the way: check Qobuz source inside VOX. A fantastic music source with Hi-Res music. P.S: Parametric equalizer is the best I have ever tried! Show more

Play couple seconds then crash

app started requesting permission to see copy paste buffer, which you use to copy images, text, password. why would music playing app need that?

I mainly download this app because it supports last fm Scrobbles on SoundCloud but it seems to not work because the scrobbles aren’t being submitted to last fm. Other than that the app is good. Also no ads! If the developers see this, please fix the last fm Scrobbler. Would be greatly appreciated. Show more

Including clipboard data from your connected Macs

DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought the annual & continuously had issues with the app freezing & kicking me out on daily basis. Would have to uninstall & reinstall app. Emailed customer support numerous times. ZERO RESPONSE. The main reason I purchased this app was to adjust music to 432 hz which app advertised- LIE. The settings do not allow for such a precise adjustment. So, ended up cancelling my yearly subscription & deleted app. One year later they tried to charge me another $55 for a renewal subscription. Tried logging into app to ensure cancel but app states I don’t have the premium & is wanting me to “pay for their service” yet again. Terrible company & faulty app. No support whatsoever. Show more

I love this music player but it needs more features imo. - a music chart to show the most played songs - a option to rename and edit songs, albums and playlists

6 updates and counting, and still nothing is fixed. PLEASE give us an idea when you are going to fix it, or if you aren’t, let us know and many people like me will quit! Thanks ? Show more

I paid for a year a month ago to use with Spotify Premium which I pay for every month. Loved it while it worked. Now it doesn’t work so this app is worthless and I want my money back. Show more

i was looking for a way to download music myself, play it on my phone and scrobble to last fm. the answer is vox premium! paying 10$ less than spotify is so worth it to me to have the unlimited cloud. the UI is a little weird but honestly not that much of a burden at all. it would be cool if we could customize theme colors and i think the preloading artist info is annoying especially when i take the time to tag my files before i upload them but other than that i have no real complaints :) Show more
