I tried to create an artist profile, which you are required to do on your desktop/laptop. After correcting errors that I needed to do for my profile to be approved so that I could bid on shows or add dates to my calendar, I still wasn’t approved, so I have contacted support at least 3 times over a week-long period and received zero replies. It makes me wonder if anyone is even monitoring their emails. Big waste of my time ?????? Show more

The app is annoying and confusing and their support is a JOKE! 6 months and still no reply to multiple messages. Don't waste your time or your megabytes. Also, you can easily tell all their 5 star reviews are fake and paid for! Show more

Don't waste your time. I would have rated negative 5 stars for that's not an option so it gets one for now.

This is such an amazing tool for musicians and people who love live music.
