Awful app.

It’s 2021, how has this app not been updated to offer Apple Watch support for even BASIC functions like volume and tuner control?

Will not connect with my 2019 Airstream classic. So frustrating.

I had it working for a little while. Now it’s broken completely. The app is trash and Bluetooth setup is trash.

I agree with substandard performance. My amp was not working when boat was delivered. I had to pay dealer to change because boat is large and I did not want to haul. A no thank you to big Harris boat dealer in the southeast! Radio is horrible. Can’t pick up stations. Bluetooth is a royal pain. Overall just not happy Show more

we have our polk system in our airstream globetrotter and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had with anything. bluetooth doesn’t stay connected and of course polk doesn’t provide a physical remote. we ended up using Anker bluetooth speakers to listen to music instead. polk needs to get on top of this and fix this issue. Disconnects, never connects back, slow, etc. Just use usb connection or Bluetooth with this app. Polk speakers are great replacements but this app needs to be replaced!!

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth drops off all the time, then fails to reconnect with my iPhone8. It requires several resets to reconnect the Bluetooth... sad in this high tech age...... seems like no standards to prevent these issues. Time to regulate! Show more

Polk and ASA—time to get your act together and put an app out there that works with your systems. Useless in the Airstream we just purchased. Your customers deserve better.

This application is USELESS and RARELY connects the head unit to my phone. It is a source of frustration on camping trips which I could happily do without. Polk needs to fix this!!!!!!!! Airstream needs to stop using Polk. Show more

$150k boat came with this Polk system. It has been a nightmare. The amps apparently aren’t really built for marine. The crossover switches cause the speakers to cut in and out if they are bumped slightly. Obviously a boat has movement. The app is OK. The main thing I would use the app for is adjusting zone and sub levels. The slider bar is sooooooooo sloooooooow it is barely better than no adjustment. Zone presets don’t seem to be configurable at all, so I don’t think that feature even works. Show more

This app won’t even connect to the stereo in my 2017 Harris pontoon boat. I followed the steps in the manual and it doesn’t work. Needs massive update ASAP!

Bought a new airstream. “Hey where is my audio remote?” Oh, it’s only an app. Ok. Stupid but we’ll try. Loses pairing to the app ALL the time. Have to get up and manually adjust stations and volume? Really. Garbage. Show more

Doesn’t connect with iPhone.

Forget using this app. I have a 2017 Yamaha 242 Limited S E-Series and you just use the Connext screen in order to perform any adjutants to the audio or the unit on the transom. This app hardly ever connects and it when it does, it doesn’t even provide good functionality. Shame cause Polk is supposed to have a good reputation but this falls short Show more

Request a different sound system in your boat. The head unit is garbage along with the app Polk marine. Can’t get it to stay connected. Customer services is nonexistent.

Just got a new airstream. Has the Polk marine system installed. Biggest piece of useless crap. The APP is worthless also. Can't even see it's own system. Will buy a Sonos system cover this junk up and never use it. Show more

Disconnects randomly, may not connect at all, sluggish, all around waste of time. Let's get something that works out here...
