    Best amp for iPad
    And it’s a pretty small footprint, too. I can’t access all the options in the preferences, though. I can’t see all of them.

    Best Free Amp Sim!
    I feel like I have become an expert on Amp Sims lately. Unlike other apps with a little catch ($$) along the way, there’s absolutely nothing to buy or subscribe to, no ads, just an extremely well designed and thoughtful app with all the features you could want. It sounds great. If you are looking into learning how to use your iPad as an amazing amp with the standard pedals this is the place to start before you spend any money on anything else. Thank you very much to the developers for making such a wonderful app available to everyone! Show more

    The best amp emulator with the best distortion on any platform!
    This is hands down the best! People don’t review it, maybe because it’s free (which is insane, I got it when it was 10 bucks and I would spend twice as much for it any time) and because of that they don’t give credit for it, after all how good can a freebie be, right? I own pretty much all of the amp emulations on iOS but nothing comes even close to the realisim and sound quality of this app! Almost indistinguishable from the real thing including response and everything! Creamy smooth and crunchy in the same time, best distortion I ever heard in digital form. Their electronic components simulation technology is the best in the industry imo, they should be more recognized. These guys are the best, period, check out their desktop plugins too, very reasonably priced and amazing quality! Support them! Thank you for making this app free! Show more

    In 2022 Still the BEST!
    Like most guitar players I have ALL the guitar amp sims with all the content unlocked. There are other apps with much prettier interfaces but none of them sound as rich as this one. The only negative is that the app hasn't been updated to AUV3 but that hasn’t stopped me from using it. I find myself getting carried away for hours in total tonal bliss. The feel is absolutely amazing! If you care more about sound and feel than you do about a fancy/pretty interface then you owe it to yourself to buy this app. Show more

    Legit
    Hands down the best sounding fx/amp modeling I’ve tried. Be sure to turn on setting ‘output for mix’ if you are output your audio to anything other than a guitar amp/cab. The audio quality will suffer greatly otherwise. Positive grid, IK multimedia, line6; you guys should take notice and maybe buy the developer’s IP or offer them jobs.     :( No AU/plugin support for GarageBand on iPad :(
    Please update AmpOne to be used as a proper AU plugin. I very much want so badly to be able to use this app in GarageBand, but inter app audio has too many limitations. None of the other guitar amp sims for iPad sound or feel as real as AmpOne. Please update. I would gladly pay to be able to use AmpOne in my recordings. 5 stars, money, and endless praise await the developers… Show more

    Impressive
    Would love to see more amp and pedal sims added to the mix. Gotta be careful about blowing your ears out with this one, so check your levels before using.

    Plug in, just works.
    I’m not a gear-head. Don’t even own a real amp anymore. I just want something to plug into once in a while and goof around with as quickly as possible. Amp ONE makes my noodling around sound better than I have any right to, with absolutely zero effort. I love it. Show more

    Amazing Amp one small issue
    This app is wonderful for guitar and a great purchase. The only issues I have found are that it will not work at higher sample rates above 44.1k on multiple audio interfaces. It would also be nice to see an update to an audio unit. Sadly this app hasn’t had an update in years but it still one of the amp sims one the App Store. Show more

    You are a genius
    You are the only one that allows to turn off the cab and your app doesn’t get freezing, what I do is I open Audiobus and use your app for the amp and then iConvolver for an impulse response, done and sounds incredible, thank you so much for this Show more

    Doesn’t seem to connect to the mic.
    There is no way to get it to work since it doesn’t seem to ask for permission to use the mic or audio jack. Shame since it looks like a cool app with lots of features. I’d love to try it out Show more

    Best amp modeler
    The choices may be limited compared to other amp apps, but they sound better than the others, plus no in app purchases! I do wish that after all these years they updated it with some new amps, and cabs which it needs more of. Show more

    How do I use this?
    What is the best way to use this lag? Other apps needed? Sounds flat compared to others like AmpKit. I have tried it with Audiobus 2 but will not work as stand alone app. Show more

    Quality over quantity
    If you are looking for an amp sim that sounds good then this is it. Do not fall for the hype and buy BIAS like I did because quite frankly, even a line6 spider sounds better than that steaming pile. Differential equations are an extremely accurate way of modeling circuits and it definitely shows in this amp sim. Great dynamics and no harsh prominent fizz. I would like to see the mercuriall tubes creamer ported to this app and a custom IR loader within the app itself instead of having to use third party apps for that. Those two things would pretty much make this amp sim perfect for me. Show more
