I tried adding songs and got to about 5 before the app crashed. Tried restarting the app and my phone but it still wouldn’t open. Makes the whole thing unusable, shame. Show more

As a live music performer, I strongly believe this app has some serious issues. 1. Doesn’t let me register even if I followed the necessary instructions. 2. App crashes after adding another song (I have about 40 songs added, I’m trying to add way more). Show more

This app has all of the necessary features while refraining from becoming over complicated with extraneous material. There are a few small bugs, but overall this works fairly well, and is exactly what I have been looking for in an app! Thank you! Show more

I had this app on my Android and it worked fine, I upgraded to a IPad and now it won’t stay logged in and a lot of the preferences are not there and it’s crashes almost every time I try and sync it Show more

File sharing, Dropbox imports, none of it works. This app is trash.

It was only $8 bucks - but I had great hopes as it seemed to be the tool I needed to organize my songs for practice. Well, unfortunately it’s very buggy, has a clunky UI, and has a hard time syncing data with the server and vice versa. Edits on the iPad dont always copy to the server or from the server back to the iPad. Setlists created just crash and vanish. AirPrint closes the app after pressing print. Edits… hard to get cursor to selected position. No font control either. Imports only work from search selected sources. Can’t always log onto Dropbox to transfer files that way …..a 401 error code or just closes app. It’s a great tool if ya keep it simple - no notes or edits and just use as a reference. If ya want to load more complex edited data - beware it will disappear. AirTurn Bluetooth works well. Show more

I’d like to revise my review of this app. After Tim personally reached out to me via email and explained a few things, everything lines up now between the web page, my iPhone and my Android tablet. Thanks Tim, and it is a slick app. I like the ability of adding notes. Show more

So some of my songs are still here, no idea what I did, but I tried to resort the songs by key and a bunch came back. I made an account and backed up my songs that are left. I've been using this app for 5 years. Originally, it was only available for Android (I had an Android tablet but an Apple iPhone), and then when they made it available for apple, I was ecstatic because I could sync between my phone and tablet!! It's a must-have for any musician. I love the features and the importing of lyrics could not be easier! Show more

I was on the hunt for something that could organize my set list, and hopefully have a lyrics and tab option. This was spot on, and I’m using the free version. The lyric search option is fantastic, 99% of the time. Every now and then I’ll hit the “import” button and it pulls a couple random lines of text. In those one-off instances, I just copy and paste manually from the site I’m searching from… problem solved. I usually use AZLyrics.com, and the formatting that carries over is to my preference. It’s not obvious when you’re first using it, since there are bunch of buttons and options… you can delete a song file if you swipe left. A small red “delete” box appears. I had been just editing the song file to show “deactivated”, but those still showed up when creating set lists and I was losing track of which one was the true file lol If you double tap on the lyrics of a song you’ve added, it starts a slow auto-scroll… I’m pumped to see how that works out during practice. The only thing I’m iffy on is the lyrics don’t adjust to landscape when rotating the device. This would be helpful if there are a lot of lyrics in one song and you’d prefer to see more at once, either by making the margins wider or creating columns. I’m not counting stars against, that’s just a huge preference for me haha I’m pretty sure you can add a PDF file too, maybe that would resolve the formatting issue. I have yet to take the deep dive into the other tools and options, as I don’t really need to. Again, I already got what I came for. If you need something relatively basic, with helpful tools, for lyrics and set lists, THIS ONE. So far so great for me! Show more

This app was a godsend when I was using android but recently I switched to an iPhone and now it won’t sync lyrics from the website, and when I try to use the scroll function it sends me to an in app purchase page (which is super fun when you’re on stage)... I already have the upgrade that allows the scroll function so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Show more

I’ve been using the free version for a few years and it has exactly what I need to manage my song lists and put together weekly set lists. I mount my phone in my mic stand and I always know what’s coming up, what key it’s in, and lyrics/chords if necessary. Show more

I wanted to love this app. I really did. It seemed to be exactly what I’ve been looking for to keep all my lyrics, charts and set lists in one convenient place. Sooooo ... I spent about three hours typing in all my band’s tunes, adding lyrics where needed along with chord charts. I finally finished and just totally loved the way it all SEEMED to work so seamlessly. Then I closed the app and opened another app for a minute (the one that runs our bluetooth enabled stage lighting). When I opened Set List Helper again, voila! Almost ALL the information I had spent the entire afternoon editing was GONE! All that remained were the titles to about a dozen tunes (out of the 80 or so I’d entered). NO CHARTS, NO LYRICS, just those dozen or so titles. I’d planned on buying the paid version just as soon as I made sure the app was going to meet my needs. Thanks God this sh*&storm didn’t happen in the middle of a gig! What a shame, because other than this glitch (which obviously makes the app utterly useless) I really DO love it. I’ve been using Gig Hard for the past five years or so; I’m not wild about it, but at least it doesn’t arbitrarily delete 90 percent of my entered data. Guess it’s back to that, though. Bummer. Use it all the time for rehearsal & live gigs. Had a sync issue and support replied to my email the next day with the fix!!

I purchased Setlist Helper and have used it over the last year with no issues, until today. It doesn’t recognize my purchase, so I no longer have access to the preferred user experience. I try to restore my purchase, but it just sits indefinitely spinning, processing. I went ahead and repurchased the app, so it’s pretty much like they stole $8 from me. Disappointing. Show more

As I finished adding songs on to the app, the app crashed and deleted all of almost 100 songs. This happened twice (thinking the first time was my error)
