It is really good if you are learning your clarinet notes and I also really like how they put the fingerings

This app is great for someone (like me) who doesn’t have all the notes memorized! If the developer is still updating the app, I would suggest adding the ability to play a sample of the note you are trying to play just to make sure you are playing it right! If you play clarinet I don’t recommend this app. I wanted an app on my phone so I could quickly look up fingerings. You can easily find one on your computer for free. There are also things like YouTube videos that can easily teach you the basics. Show more

How in the world am I supposed to play at least 1 note? The game is confusing.

Beautiful. This app is like music to my ears! The wind under my wings! Sorry I’m kinda freaking out, but this app is pure magic, suitable for beginning and advanced clarinetists. I have been playing the clarinet for about two months at my school. Forgive me, but though I am in beginning band, I daresay that I am an “Advanced begginer” This app is very Educational so if your stuck, just whip out your phone! Good quality apps like these are few and far in between. It shows you a quite large range of notes. The positions are very clear too! LOL I’m literally typing this in China, but I live in USA lol My birthday is in four days XD am I telling my life story or am I writing a review? Features the less common and higher difficulty fingerings for certain notes. Other than that, interface is great, easy to use, and overall great app.

Finally a good app.This one is easy to use for fingerlings compared to the charts in books.

Excels over other fingering apps I've seen. Allows sliding up and down the staff to find notes. But this only works for all naturals or sharps or flats. I'd really like to see an option to slide along a specific scale, including a chromatic scale option, especially if the scale would favor a reasonable fingering specific to the scale. Show more

I'm a beginner clarinet player and have been looking for an app on the app store just like this. Unlike the others in the store the interface is simple and intuitive. On top of that I can add custom fingerings which other apps don't allow. The free app comes with fingerings for one octive. While it cost $3.99 to unlock all the features, it was definitely worth it for unlocking trill fingerings. You get what you pay for. This is so much more convenient for me than to carry around my fingering chart and it is much more useful. Show more

As a saxophonist who is learning to double on clarinet, this app is great. The app is easy to use and understand, and they include plenty of alternate fingerings. They also show how to trill between various notes. It's much easier to use than some other fingering chart apps I have used, and the interface is clear and smooth. I would love to see an option for moving up chromatically by step with the push of a single button, but you can get around on the app just fine without one. Well worth the price in my opinion. If you are looking for a fingering chart app, this one will not disappoint. Show more

I decided to purchase the full version (2.99) and I love it. I haven't played in over 10 years and I decided to pick it back up. Yeah there are web pages you can go to, but this so is just great. Everything is together. I wish we had apps like this when I was playing before. It really helps to jog my memory and I love how it works. Worth it! Show more

This app is not worth $3.99!!! It gives you a few fingerings for free and makes you pay $3.99 in order to unlock something that you can find on a website for free. The developer is just trying to make money off of beginning clarinets players. Show more
