After you sign up they immediately bill your credit card before you are even able to access their service. The date for renewal is based off of the day you sign up, therefore you end up paying for days that you don’t even have access to their service. Howis that fair DMS? Show more

Keeps giving me an Error. What happened? Update after customer service response. I did try delete and reinstall but nothing changed. I'm paying monthly service so I'd rather use the website.

Reached out about the app crashing on song play. Issue still happening and still no fix. Been about a month and a half, can’t listen to songs within app till it is fixed. Issue fixed, network I was on had some traffic blocked which caused it to crash. Show more

Keep getting an error message 403

The best part is that it connects to your Dropbox. So simple and perfect. 1) save the tracks you like 2) view your list 3) send that list to Dropbox It's awesome going thru music on the plane and sending my list to Dropbox. By the time I get to the hotel, all I do is download that folder with all the new music for the night. Essential tool. Show more

I love the concept. I would give 5 stars if it would let me login in but it says "login invalid" every time. Even though I can login on the main website. I gave 3 stars because I support Dms but letting a user be able to login is vital for a successful app Show more

If you don't have a DMS account... Get out from under that rock! Not only is it my go-to place for music when I'm doing prep work for my residencies 5 nights a week, but now I can do it all from my phone! I just finished filling in my booking calendar for the next 2 months while also editing videos for my crew Video Assassins on my desktop and sent the newest DMS releases to my dropbox on my iPhone thru their App. Time saving game changer! Sometimes as deejays we don’t always have a lot of time to sit in front of our laptops and listen to every new song that comes out..so we often overlook great tracks. We are always on our phones…so what a great way to kill time when its convenient. DMS just became the only name in dj record pools until everyone else catches up.

I love the large touch pad that enable you to jump forward into the songs. It's easy to browse and preview tracks.

The app is the super easy to use and browsing is intuitive. The dropbox feature is sooooo necessary these days as a dj. If I get a request for a song I don't have, I can simply search for it, download it instantly to my dropbox and then load it directly on my computer to play for the crowd. Nice!! Show more
