I had the TaylorSense installed at the guitar shop where I bought my GTe Urban Ash. It has reliably tracked humidity, temperature and battery life. And alerts are sent to my iPhone automatically. I use the D’Addario Humidipak system during the months when my furnace dries the house. I don’t perform and only play for pleasure, so I don’t always plug into an amp. The device does exactly as it should. It keeps a close eye on the guitars humidity and temperature. The App stores a history of both the humidity and temperature that can viewed i. Hourly daily or monthly views. Where the app can reach greatness lies elsewhere. While registering the guitar you are asked to enter the serial number. That should be the key to so much information. It also ask what model and year of guitar it is. This should be known just by the serial number. On top of that things like top wood side wood should all be populated in the app. This makes it easier to feel a connection to the instrument. Show more

It does what it says. I really like knowing how much battery is left. Great to be alerted if the humidity is off or it gets banged around.
