I do love this app. I really do. “So why such the low rating?” You might ask. This was a 4-5 star app up until two weeks ago, when all of a sudden, I clicked on an article, and the headline was what was written in the icon, but the article was the exact same article from the icon before it. Basically every tab was the exact same story as the first story in the feed. Only the headline was different. I would very much like to love this app again. Please fix this. Show more

They post fake stories based on Tweets.

You have been warned. The adds on this app make it unusable. You cannot read news, you cannot watch videos. This is a zero stars app right now, and reading other reviews, it looks like it has been for awhile. I guess they have no intentions of fixing this. Shame as I enjoyed the content (what little I could see through the adds). Show more

Why can't i like or save or bookmark articles?

Update April 29th, 2017: app hasn't loaded since last update. Just crashes. App constantly crashes, and sometimes you can't continue to scroll down when you're reading a story because the adds are constantly reloading and jumping you back up to the top of the page. It also crashes when trying to access the upcoming releases page. I love the content but hate the app. Show more

Pretty Decent... updates frequently

If you like your music news apps to crash & be slow with a dash of PC, Anti Fa bull$h*+, then this is the app for you!

They've improved the ad blasts that once crippled the app. But it still crashes when you leave and return to the app while it's open (double tap). The content is great, the functionality is terrible. Show more

The app is borderline unusable. It refreshes continuously as you read articles. I'll stick with the website if I want their two cents.

Been a follower of COS for 10 years now, but they have yet to make a quality app that does the website justice. I usually use my browser on my phone for COS rather than the app they offer Show more

CoS is a solid website. I stress the word website. The app is a joke. The site's writers are incredibly (and more often than not, rightfully) condescending towards the over-commercialization of music, yet the app is so saturated with ads that it is hard to take them at all seriously when reading their articles. And that's only possible intermittently because of the incredibly obtrusive ads. It's really laughable. As stated above, the app is a joke. It should be embarrassing to them - just like Donald Trump should be embarrassing to us all (something about which they also write too much). Show more

Can you please stick to writing about music and keep your nose out of politics? We don't come here for op-eds on current events, but we do come for the music. The political scene gets enough coverage as it is. We don't need reminders. Show more

The title says it all. CoS has great entertainment news, but the app just does not work well. It is slow to open one of the news categories, and when it finally loads and I click an article, I am unable to read it because every time I scroll down the page refreshes as it tries to load an advertisement that will not fully load. I've been dealing with the bug for months now and I've had enough---I will read CoS through Twitter or yo through an Internet browser instead. Show more

The app runs extremely slow. The loading time is kind of awful. Besides that, it's to be determined.
