Love the station but the app won’t play for me. Plays for 10-20 seconds and then stops.

Absolutely horrible…have to watch an ad to even start then it played ads every 15-30 seconds ?

The app stops CONSTANTLY. Can't listen to an entire song without playback stopping every other minute. I'll stick to the web interface

I have enjoyed Radio Sidewinder for a couple of years now, for background music while working around the house or in the garage. There is a good variety of music and musical styles, and the periodic announcements, PSAs, news flashes and faux advertisements add humor and “color” for Elite fans. I gave four stars instead of five because of occasional unexplained connection problems: every so often the stream will fail to play. I don’t know whether it’s a software issue or something else, but it seems to affect the IOS version as well as Android. All in all a well-liked app and a good break from the likes of Pandora. I've used the web based version for a while. This is a great and well executed idea!

Great music selection, radio ads and segments, and the first place I tune into when I head out of dock.

It's simple, user friendly, and very convenient.

This app is genius and perfect for Elite Dangerous. It's the best space companion especially whilst exploring. I would give 5 stars if they were Livermore frequently but other than that it's amazing. Show more

First of all I think this app is a great idea, it makes the "feel like your actually there" aspect even more realistic. The one and only complaint I have about the radio is every once in a while, for adds, it will say something like, "we're adjusting our antennas back to your 21st century".. Don't do that! That makes me realize "Hey, I'm actually not in this game..." Other than that, I really love this app. It has a large variety of music, and I've only heard the same scripts once or twice (which happens on the real radio too though). It's pretty informative, most of the music is good, and hearing top bounty lists on the radio and seeing it on your screen at the same time as you're playing is just exhilarating. I believe that this app truly does make the Elite: Dangerous experience better. Show more

This app is wonderful for when I'm wanting to keep up with the game while not able to play. Love the playlist and all of the news updates.
