RA is the most complicated app! I thought I was the only one but all of my friends also think it's complicated to buy tickets. Unfortunately dice is more expensive but easier to use and transfer tickets. Hope they will figure it out soon Show more

Have bought tickets multiple times. Email with tickets delivers. No Email with address ever delivers. Paid $135 for two tix in LA, my friend hadn’t been to one before, and we couldn’t even get an address. Show more

Tried with 3 different credit cards and PayPal and the app kept saying it didn’t recognize my payment. I want to buy tickers for an event in Miami. The app is not ready for prime time and is not optimized to handle the service customers demand. Show more

Type the wrong auth creds. Your password will show up in the email field. this is absurd

ridiculous that you have to download the app to display a ticket

Bought tickets online and the only way to access is to download this app, which is an awful way to attract users. Makes me dislike the brand altogether.

This is extremely frustrating especially since the forgot password function isn’t working, and I can’t access the tickets I just purchased. There’s no option to view in browser, just the app. Super poor design/user flow. Show more

The app is awesome I love all the features and updates

Not easy to navigate. Could not send the tickets to people I bought to.

This app is poorly developed. It says you have tickets but when you go to click them it tells you to log into the right account but obviously you are if you can even see them. Also, the app exposes your password when trying to recover or reset your password once it brings you back to the app from the browser. Show more

Give me a break you shouldn’t need an app to show a ticket , why doesn’t it just show up in my email.

The whole resale is just a scam be aware!

You can’t even contact them, they don’t have a phone number and their email is useless. They haven’t refunded me my money from last years 2020 Rumors LA and they haven’t even replaced my tickets for new ones for the 2021 Rumors event. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible please. This is ridiculous. Show more

Seems like this new release has done just the opposite. The UX and UI is terrible. Losing functionality is not the way forward.

I really like the new app interface, but there’s no longer an option to bring the ticket into my Apple wallet! I like that feature the most, helps keep my tickets in order. Show more

Spent the last few years following your favorite artists? Say goodbye to your artist list because with the new update, RA has removed this section. Remember scrolling through your artists to see their upcoming performances? No more. Now you’ll need to remember each artist in your list and manually search for the artist. Can’t even begin to understand why RA has removed what is arguably the best feature of the app. Ugh. Show more
