love the app. i updated jamplay and lost access to it. i’d like to go back to previous jamplay app. how can i do that??

The app won’t let me connect my brand new Apple Watch. Even tried to buy the app thinking I had to pay to unlock the watch “feature”... nope. 3$ down the drain. Show more

I expected a program that showed me all possible positions of chords. Example: For E augmented it shows only one position. Does same thing in many other chords. I’d like to see chords all over the neck! Show more

I installed the app. It would not connect to the watch. So I bought the premium version in the in app purchasing. It still won’t connect to the watch. There is no way to install it in the watch app. The chords app just says to launch the jam play app on the watch. It’s as clear as mud. The thing doesn’t work. Show more

It wasn’t that long ago that this technology would have cost big bucks and wold not fit in in my shirt pocket. I still have several chord books several inches thick. The price sticker is still visible, $18-34. Show more

Easy to use. Easy to get quick info on chord progressions.

I downloaded this app specifically for use on my Apple Watch 4 and found that it doesn’t show up on my watch and will not pair? Also, I paid for the upgrade but it still will not recognize my Apple Watch and I can’t restore my purchase?? What gives???? Update...have attempted to reach app support but keep getting message “site not available” and when I attempt to get a refund from the App Store, I keep getting referred back to the app support. Feels like I’ve been scammed out of my money for an app that doesn’t work as advertised with no options. Won’t be purchasing any more apps after this experience. Just got a response from app “support”...basically saying that they have no support for their app for the Apple Watch 4....so hang on to your money folks...because it doesn’t work and you quite literally will have no options from either Apple or the developer to get your money back if you pay for the upgrade. Frequently crashes when you tap play on a chord.

As an older beginner I like the ability to see just one chord and hear what it should sound like. If I had an Apple watch I would like the ability to see the chord right there on the wrist. Keep up great work. Show more

I found many chords I was lookin for, some repetitive, but it could be improved.

This a very, very useful app. It definitely helps with learning new chord variations.
