I love this app, it has everything you need down to creating your own beats and samples incase you need inspiration or a quick beat to write on. One thing I don’t love about this app is that Soundtrap recordings doesn’t have noise cancellation. I don’t have or get a lot of quiet time to myself but when I do, I can still hear the background in my vocals and there’s no way around to fix it. Other than that, I love this app it’s good for when I can’t make it to the studio or if I don’t want to leave my house and want to record something real quick and definitely good for the people who want to make their own beats that are beginners. There seems to be a bug that will not allow me to even log in with an existing google account. It doesn’t tell me my login info is right or wrong, it just takes me back to the login screen Show more

I don’t know whatever update you guys did with the studio on the desktop version, but it is single-handedly destroying my progress of making mashups. First, The studio now requires me to import music files manually, something nobody should ever think of doing when casually creating content. Second, your so-called, “auto save” feature, takes forever to sync, and keeps me trapped in the studio. I shouldn’t be forced to stay in a studio of one of my mashups being held hostage by an “auto save” feature, that works less than the original save button that blessed the studio! Which reminds me about my final point. Even if I do hit save and leave, it won’t let me leave, unless I leave without saving. Now I thought that, since it’s already saved, it should be safe to leave without saving since that’s what I just did. But man, oh man, was I wrong. It doesn’t only save your progress, but CORRUPTS it after I come back in! As someone who’s been using this program, and has been a mashup maker for 2 years, I know that YOU should know better than to release an update, that causes more problems than it’s supposed to fix! Please, please, PLEASE! I’m begging you to fix this problem, please bring back the drag and drop feature, remove the auto save feature, and bring back the tried and true save button! Not just for me, but for the sake of others who are just as passionate as me about this situation, and can’t do anything about it. I hope you can help out and do something about this, and I’m also hoping that others who have this same problem read this as a sign to take action, because it surely can’t be only me having this problem. Has a great concept, otherwise terrible. Trying to actually record on the keys longer than 5 seconds is a nightmare. You will not be able to make a clean melody due to when you press a key while creating a loop through, it will not produce sound at some point regardless of what you do or how simple it is, therefore frustratingly having to start over numerous times to eventually realize it WILL NOT WORK! Absolutely will not purchase the upgrade if basic things like this can’t be rectified. Show more

I downloaded this app a while ago, almost a year ago I’d say and my subscription has been cancelled but I still get charged!!

I used to love this app, I’ve made upward of 50 complete, professional sounding tracks with this app. I’m coming back to it after a hiatus of a few months, only to see some smaller features missing. I can still make tracks no problem but I feel as tho by now, this app could have been much better. It was the only app I used on my iPad to make music, since the best DAW software are all for desktops and laptops, and it’s very disappointing to see that Soundtrap has done little to take the quality and features to the next level To the developers, please hear me, you have gold i. Your hands if you just had the ambition to make Soundtrap comparable to one of the legitimate DAWs, we would greatly appreciate it Show more

I have the premium subscription but it still won’t give me access to all the loops or samples.. every time I click on one I want it says upgrade your subscription?? I’m assuming because they give you a one month free trial? But if that’s the case it’s supposed to be a trial of the subscription you purchased correct? Then if that’s the case I want everything I supposed to have in the package I purchased for my “trial” not tell me I need to upgrade my subscription because of the mandatory one month trial. I love soundtrap, and I’ve made many beats on it that I am pretty proud of. I also like to share my mini projects to other people. But, sometimes when I’m off WiFi, it doesn’t let me log into my account. Other than that, the app is amazing, and I use it a lot. Show more

1. They are punishing artist and musicians in Russia because of globalist activities, I seriously don’t think they are globalist and NGOs in government agencies using this app. 2. If you just wanna sign up for this app and check it out to see if you like it or not be warned because they make it almost impossible to delete your account if you choose to not stick with it. 3. When you do try to login to delete the account it won’t let you login it blocks you, they are trying to make it look like they have more users than they do probably so they can sell it later for more money. 4. This is not a very good social network app BandLab is way better if you choose to create music and collaborate with other artist Band Lab would be your best bet. Show more

The app will randomly crash, making me loose something i’ve worked hours on. It also constantly bugs out and rarely works properly for more than 10 minutes.

The loops are good, but if you want to make your own original song, have fun suffering. Even on PC, just using the instruments is hard for timing, because this app doesn’t have a grid system or anything at all to make your music sound good without using loops. Show more

This app has poor user support on the back end. Very disappointed.
