It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone I’ve emailed them 7 times and no response I paid for app and can’t get into it.

Signed up to be able to access tickets for a pre sale occurring in a few days. App has disabled my account. Almost never found an email address to contact help. Once e-mail was sent, I received an auto reply that they’ll get back with me in 3-4 days. A lot of help that is! The presale will be over!! App design appears to need improvements. Great content when it works every year I renew the all access and every year it does not link. It takes three days to hear from someone that often replies with a generic message to manage it from the website or change my password. Then when that does not work someone who runs the website refers me back to the app developers. I wish they would get on the same page, not seeing content for over a week now that I paid for. I joined the all access pass on the website. I logged in on the app and it will not connect my account with the app. It will only let me have access on the app if I pay, AGAIN. I cannot uninstall the app because Apple decided to have an App Library, which is not helpful and one of the worst updates, so the app cannot uninstall from my phone so I can start over. I feel a bit cheated. Show more

A few years ago I was hurt by the fans here. They are not nice. I had a thing called an omg which was getting popular. I guess they became like this angry mob that attacks celebrities and cancel them. Sad thing they hurt me so bad every time I hear or see Luke Bryan I feel the pain. I just hate them which makes me hate the app itself. Save your money and don’t friend people here. They back stab you. Show more

In my opinion, Luke’s App is super fabulous! I loved seeing the concerts when we had them and how excited everyone was! I also loved to watch him place meet & greet tickets in the venues he was playing at to see if people would find them and get all excited! Awesome spirit! Great music! Love it! This app is not worth paying for. He doesn’t post anything that isn’t posted on Facebook or Instagram. Save your money.

I need to contact someone regarding Luke Bryan’s name being used in a scam to con people out of money. They r using his face name and a spin-off if his instagram acct. I am Winona Old . The authorities need to lock these guys up. They gave me a phone number in New Jersey and said it was Mr Bryan’s #. Show more
