When I tune it it says 0 then I go to a different one and 5 minutes later when I go back to it it says -50!

Ok there’s a rational part of me that knows I can’t get mad at other people for making a mistake, but y’all. I just accidentally bought the premium version for 35.99 DOLLARS. That is an OUTRAGEOUS price for an apps upgrade I DO NOT NEED. I literally JUST need this app to tune my ukulele. When I opened the app, it showed me a page with the option to upgrade to premium. I clicked “continue” on accident, but didn’t do the double click to make the purchase. So there was a slider that said “enable free trial” or something like that, and I clicked the slider to OFF, because I assumed that was how to get off the page, then I clicked continue (there must have been an X somewhere, but I wasn’t seeing it, and do you see how the way the page was laid out was confusing?). Then, I had a brain fart, and when it asked for the double click to purchase, I clicked it without thinking. That part is 100% on me. But I was immediately charged 36 dollars, which is SO freaking much for features I will NEVER use, and there’s no way to cancel it. I’m a student!! I’m poor!! I don’t really have 36 extra dollars lying around tbh!!! I’m just very frustrated that there’s no way to cancel the purchase of the premium features. Show more

Ok ok. Don’t ridicule me cause im 12 but I have an I phone 4 and the app doesn’t fit on it, like it cuts out part of the words and I can’t do anything on it. So like I had to delete the app cause girly pop, it’s all a hunk o junk babe!!!! Show more

i tried to do the free trial and it took 10 dollars out my account before i even got to use the free trial

When I try and tune my ukulele on this app, it automatically says the exact same note each time. When I play C it says it’s E. This needs to be fixed ?. Show more

I’m reading all the feedback from the developers who’ve responding to similar complaints and they say to go to billing under your account page, HOWEVER, my app has NO account page or billing Page. If I could take screen shots to share and show, you’d see that too so how the eff am I supposed to cancel?! I guess I just file with my bank that these charges are fraudulent. I’m not paying $5.99/week for this app. Buyer be forewarned! Show more

At first it seems like an amazing way to learn. It is straight forward and easy to learn. But you can only do 1 song on there and the only one I am aloud to do in Mary had a little lamb. It is a super fast and easy way to learn but you have to pay for everything. And the is not worth it. Show more

Another scam app. It was free awhile ago, and when I went to install it again it charged me $38!!!

Sure, this is a decent tuner. But be careful. You can very easily have it set to autorenew weekly - you'll end up spending $7 a week (~$30 a month!) on a TUNER. Keep looking. there are better (and cheaper) options out there. Show more
