A 6 band equalizer is kind of a joke. All bass is relegated to “clear bass” slider. Please just give a 15 band equalizer like a normal person. The XM-3 has bloated bass which can’t be mitigated without sacrificing extended bass. The fatal flaw of these headphones and the insult of EQ this app gives discourage me from buying more Sony wireless items. Show more

The best customizable app for headphones

I listen to music from my phone and join video calls from my laptop. It used to toggle between the devices seamlessly but recently hasn’t been working. It pauses my music when I join video calls as it should but when I’m off the call, the music on my phone starts playing but I can’t hear anything. I have to disconnect from my laptop in order to hear sounds from my phone again. Soon after, I’ll have to manually connect to my laptop for another video call. This gets tedious over time. Hope it gets fixed. Show more

“Battery fully charged” after “Bluetooth connected” but doesn’t anymore after last update. I miss this! What’s up, developer?

If you like the base of beats, you will be able to get that through this app or maybe you don’t like base you can adjust that too. What’s the point of having high bass if the volume is too low?

I just spent 350 dollars on WH-1000XM4. The app doesn’t sync with them. It makes no sense to charge this much for headphones when you need a terrible app that doesn’t work to make it function. Expecting way better, especially for how much I paid. Why can’t I just use the Bluetooth screen on my phone, this app is pointless Show more

The app and headphones feel so polished and high quality. I absolutely love them. (I have the XM4s)

When connected, the app contains the lot of useful features. Problem solved the app doesn’t always connect. I have the two device feature turned on. Both paired devices usually connect. Sometimes one app connects, sometimes neither. The hot device can skip from one to another at random. Without the app, it’s hard to control. Show more

The bass could hit harder but everything else is awesome

The app works as intended and the design is clean and intuitive with one minor caveat, it doesn’t scale correctly on tablets. This is a bummer because I like to watch movies on my iPad. However all the functionality remains the same. Show more

This app is not connecting to the Sony XM5 headphones. Please fix this issue.

I have the 1004 cans and earbuds the features with app blows my mind. While I was setting the buds there are small medium and large foams it tests all 3sizes in your ears so you get best fit. Accidentally left one out of my it knew the bud wasn’t in my ear. Told the right earbud is not in your ear. Love this app you customize so many settings! Show more

Manage connected device has become completely useless, as it always indicates that my paired and connected headphones are not connected. Same issue after pairing the XM5s again and again. This app is absolute trash. This has gone unresolved for well over a year at this point. First noticed with XM4s with 13 Pro on iOS 15. Show more
