I am unable to register on the app. I am unable to use the product without the app. Returning the product immediately.

The headphones are okay, But the app is terrible. Login does not work. If I could write a zero I would.

Same complaint as many others; can’t register a new account at all so this app is completely worthless.

Can’t get the app to work

Have spent almost one hour and cannot register the app. The designers need to fix the problems before marketing to customers. There is no proper instruction provided either.

Worthless piece of app. Will not register!! Can’t use it. $100 dollars in trash.

Found the answer on an Amazon questions page. Use your email address, not a phone number! Ignore the +1 extension box. Also, it’s impossible to see what you’re writing in the boxes because it’s white-on-white, but if you click and start typing you’ll be inputting information. So just do your best. Show more

I see that I am the second person to complain about this. You need to use the app to use the headset. But the app is not available until it is registered and it will not register. Worthless. Unusable. Show more

App does not work. Not happy with product

Please fix the app. I just purchased a Tayogo headset and I can’t create any account because the app is not working.

Just got my today. Please do something about your app. Absolutely not working like what others said. I will return the product.

They need to fix this.

App doesn’t work at all because you can’t setup an account and register.

I’m going to return the product, disappointing. I’m going write an honest Amazon review too.

The app requires registration but doesn’t send a verification code to allow you to register.

For now, the app doesn’t work. It’s not all in English. I try to register, tap the “get code” part, and I never get a code sent to my phone to verify. The app update says registration bug fixed 5 days ago, but obviously not fixed at this time. Will update review when/if fixed, but currently app unusable. Show more

It is hard to select songs by pressing buttons under water. Now it is easy, I make a different playlist every time before swimming and set order playing. After 30 minuets playing, I know swimming finish. Really cool! Show more
