This app doesn't work- I think, but I can't tell because all the prior documents for it after for the previous version of the app. I've followed the old instructions as best as I can but it won't connect to my deepmind. Is there a firmware update necessary for the deepmind to make this app work? Show more

Just got a brand new Behringer deepmind 12 synth and the app doesn’t work with the latest version of IOS. You shouldn’t be selling the synth if you’re not going to support it… Show more

That’s the review. Can’t say anymore about it because it won’t load to work with the synth I just purchased. Behringer still has it listed as part of the product specs and states “iOS 8” or later as the requirement. But apparently they haven’t updated the app in 3 years. Show more

Please update the app

So close to getting it right for as long as I can remember. Thought they were coming around but still the same old Behringer. Some things will never change. Will never hold on to any of their synths for too long. They’ll surely fall apart just like everything else they do. Show more

I just ordered a Deepmind 12D and have discovered that the IOS app that you advertise along with your product does not work on IOS any longer! Why would you allow this to happen without any communication with customers? Show more

I have no idea if any of the other reviews are true because it doesn’t work at all on my iPad Pro.

Many of us would pay a nominal fee for app maintenance.

Apple says app needs to be updated to launch. Please update- it has been 3 years.

After selling a bunch of DeepMind12 units, they have abandoned the companion app.

On an iPad Pro 2018 and own a Deepmind 12D. This app used to work, but no longer… I very much wish your team would update this app to the latest iPad Pro OS! Show more

It does not run on my iPad and I get a dialog that won’t go away telling me this with two options. Keep and delete. Delete doesn’t delete it, instead it just keeps on asking this over and over. Save yourself the annoyance and avoid this thing like the pile of garbage that it is. Show more

You can still buy this synth new in stores, yet you can not use the app on the latest is release. Please update to support your customers.

This hasn’t worked for the past year of IOS updates. Please fix the app to work with the current OS.

This app would be great but behringer refuses to fix it even though they advertise it on the box. This is actually against the law in the US.

The app won’t work on the latest iPad OS 14.3 (as of this review). Very disappointing that Behringer hasn’t updated this app in 3+ years. Please fix this Behringer!
