    Roo’22
The app definitely helped staying on track of shows and traveling a little easier. I thought the feature of a live map would be accessible in which “you are here” would be easier to move around. If I could add anything to the app it would be an option to contact emergency services. Didn’t ever think about it but a situation occurred and it could have been helpful. Awesome app and definitely recommend for any future Roo goers! Show more

    Ineptness @ it’s highest
A simple map has scrambled the whole app, garbage without a map

    UPDATE THE APP ALREADY!!!
The app is 5 stars when updated to the newest year. I’m giving it a 1 star right now in hopes it actually gets noticed by any of the powers to be who care. Bonnaroo is in 3 weeks and released the daily schedule but haven’t updated the app. Being able to set your schedule and alerts on the app has made the Roo experience so much better on a time management level. The newest update is normally done months before. You guys are slacking this year and you’ve had 2 years of prep to perfect it. Show more

    No Update
The app hasn’t been updated for the 2022 season. Odd, since the lineup has been available for a time.

    Great app!
At first I didn’t like the 2021 Bonnaroo app. But I was wrong! I proved to be very useful for the the entire festival.

    Schedule format is garbage
The only reason I use the app is for the schedule, but it’s completely useless. It’s one giant list, so you are unable to see what is playing at the same time. Please make this format like the 2019 app, otherwise it’s pure garbage. Show more

Missing core functionality of previous versions
Past years (versions) had a much better UI, this year you can’t even see a timeline view of the schedule making it difficult to view schedule conflicts. The web UI is better. Very buggy app, got stuck in a zoomed out view and had to force shutdown iPhone and reboot to escape the app. Devs probably had little time and money to build, but Bonnaroo should contract with same company as previous years and reuse code at the very least. Worst UX yet for app. Show more

    Terrible app
I downloaded several times and it refused to go past a loading screen that said “hang tight” even tho I kept the app open for several minutes in case it was downloading something (which makes little sense). Never got past the loading screen. I guess I’ll try again right before the festival starts and see if the next updates have been applied and this thing works. Show more

    Eh
The app glitches A LOT. Closes itself regularly when I’m trying to use it.

    :-( ?
Hasn’t worked in a week... just shuts down. Couldn’t access it during the festival at all.
