Completely unusable, I’ve spent the better part of 2 hours attempting to connect my C5A to WiFi. I’m convinced that it can’t be done. I even bought an Ethernet cable to wire it into my network and the app just refuses to attempt a connection when the Ethernet is in. Please fix the app, I want to use my speaker to the fullest. I have had a mix of experiences while using the app to connect my single A15 speaker to my wifi. I travel frequently and like to bring the speaker to friends houses because its amazingly powerful and the sound quality is world class. In a few cases it has been easier to set up than the Sonos Move. But, the overwhelming majority of the time I find myself scratching my head about what I may be doing wrong - the menu to connect to WiFi loops me back to the WiFi selection screen after inputting the WiFi password. This happens 90% of the time I set up on another WiFi network. The documentation is very limited and the English translation is not clean. I've written customer service a few times with no response. In the case of "Drumfire I, Drumfire II" products, there is a problem that the balance is lost in the AudioPro Control application when it is in stereo mode with two units. I wanted to send mail several times and modify it to firmware, but there is no reply to mail or feedback. I can't believe your irresponsibility. Is it over if I sell it? Have a sense of responsible. It has to be a solution that was solved by firmware. No customer is a beta tester. I'm angry at your unanswered attitude. Show more

The app does feel old, however it works very well and does the job, I do wish it was redesigned a bit, but I’m also afraid that it would add bugs. I use it with multiroom speaker setup pretty much every day to tune bass or volume because speakers are just too powerful for multistory building with neighbors haha Show more

They need to improve the app... it feels old. Why you have to go the app to lower the volume. Do no support You Tube Music. The app works and you can connect via WiFi as promised. The list of music apps you can link are old and limited. Show more

Plain and simple, I cannot get this app to play music via Audio Pro C10. Spotify connect and Airplay work, but this app does not.

Not sure what all the low ratings are for. I read all the reviews and still opted for this system based on price and sound quality. It works well. The app also works seamlessly with Spotify. Maybe all the negative reviews are from people who are comparing this to their imaginary dream music app? It is what it is. And it works. Show more

I bought these speakers 4 years ago and the app has STILL NOT IMPROVED. Audio Pro your hardware is exceptional but this app is just terrible. Please fix it.

App control is functional at best. Not worthy of these excellent speakers. C’mon guys - step up the game if you want to play in the big leagues. I would highly recommend these speakers to many friends but this app holds me back. So many of the issues already covered in other reviews - one in particular that is so amateurish is the app is locked in portrait mode. Show more

Absolutely terrible app. The UI text has missing words, Page keeps refreshing, connection fails almost every time, UX flow makes no sense at all.

Need to bring the app to match the awesomeness of the speakers. And how about an Apple Watch compatibility. Having to go to the app to adjust volume is just silly. Invest resources on this app. Show more

The app doesn’t work on iPhone X. When i press, the screen closes and the app doesn’t start!

Absolutely useless app. Works until it doesn’t. Buy Sonos instead

App says I'm not connected to wifi. I am. IOS 13

I’d give this app four starts if not for two things. First, there is no option to just play an album or playlist once and then have playback stop. You can choose between shuffle, repeat album, or repeat song. I’ve never seen such a thing, and it’s terrible. Second, the app only displays in portrait. Rotate your ipad, and it stays in portrait. Come on! These are simple things that make this app (and thus the excellent speakers) so much less enjoyable to use. Show more

My c10 is just a brick on the shelf. The app never works.

Your audiopro speakers are exceptional, and the app is overall very good with features comparable to the streaming apps themselves; however, Pandora comparability for us folk on the other side of the pond would be nice! Show more
