I specifically downloaded this app to try the 12 string simulator. Turns out I have to buy it before I can try it. Well what if I hate it after I buy it? Will I get a refund? Of course I won’t. Show more

Just like everyone else, app won’t load after update and support is non responsive to this issue. How do we get refunds

Super glad I just spent over $100 on a mobile acoustic set up for my sister's wedding only to be thwarted by an app that HASN'T BEEN UPDATED IN 3 YEARS. You guys are a complete joke, this app should be taken off the app store and the iRig should be pulled from every music store. Selling broken products. Completely unacceptable. Can I rate zero stars? Doesn’t work on is 15 ,

Updated to IOS 15 and now this app won’t even open. Deleted and reinstalled and still won’t open. Not sure when IK plans on updating this app.

I tried this on an iPad (don’t know if it’s different on a traditional computer). You can’t toggle back to the home screen if you select an option. Also, you get next to nothing in the free app... in my opinion, not even enough to decide whether you like it or not. Finally, there is no way to preview anything they want you to pay to add (amps or pedals). Show more

This app does almost nothing. I’m not against in-app purchases necessarily, but this is shameful - especially from a company like IK that makes a lot of great stuff. I seems off-brand. Show more

I downloaded the app because it said free and I wanted to try it. I was charged $5.99 and I realized I don’t have the rig for the pick up either. How do I return for refund? Ray Show more

The iRig Acoustic is a very affordable pickup, and obviously intended to be a “gateway drug” for acoustic guitarist to by in-app purchases for this free app. Fair enough, but the pickup itself distorts horribly with loud or aggressive playing, especially on the lows and mids. I have returned mine for a refund, sad to say. Interestingly, I have read reviews from some saying they get good quality recording from it. Others report the problems that I’ve had. So …. buyer beware. Make sure you keep your receipt. Show more

Can see input signal from iRig Acoustic mic, but no guitar at all. I can hear metronome and demo track though.
