After my song release haven’t been able to launch the app Once am on the start page other page are not working

I signed up for this service in 2019, I still get Spammy emails constantly. However, trying to recover my password with my registered email address appears to be a “GNDN” effort- my password recovery request, “goes nowhere, does nothing”. logging in with my chosen username, my saved password no longer works and I get absolutely no response from the password recovery. This app won’t even load on my phone now and y’all just charged my account 50$. Now I’m out 50$ and have a useless app.

As someone who has been in music for almost a decade, I can say hands down for any aspiring artist SoundBirth is the move to make. For new artists, we constantly get bombarded with fake promotion deals and apps, looking to take whatever money they can from us and give nothing in return. In just as little as 13 days, (with a small membership fee, of course, it’s music you gotta spend money to make it) I’ve seen my followers go up by 700% and my streams go up by 1300% ORGANICALLY! (information true and provided by Spotify for Artists). SoundBirth has been with me every step of the way since, and I feel RELIEVED, literally! You’re able to build community, connect with other artist, submit to playlist, have your music review, featured & shared with industry leaders. These things are a huge help for independent artist.
