    Works great, until it doesn’t.
    Presonus, as a company, is amazing. Their customer care values are great, and THEIR products are even better. Their app is a great news feed when you are away from the studio, and I appreciate the ability to see all of your registered devices. I also appreciate that this app is 100 percent free to use; They don’t even collect user data. But the app is borderline unstable sometimes. I understand that it’s probably not presonus’ fault. I, in no way, hate presonus. But come on, this is an app for professionals. time is money, so spending time trying to find out why the app won’t even open is unacceptable. Show more

    Presonus Sphere, it not for everyone.
    I’ve had Presonus Sphere for a year and a half. I keep waiting for them to offer one single thing I care about other than renting Studio One. I love Studio One. But at this point I’ve spent more to rent it than I would have spent to own it. So I guess I’m stuck waiting for Presonus to offer something of value with this “membership”. I really believed in their concept when it launched… and then… nothing but old 3rd rate content and videos of Gregor getting paid. Oh, and this buggy app to remind you that Presonus duped you.     Has anyone from Presonus tried to use this app?
    I love Presonus products. I have a BLA Quantum, regular quantum, a Quantum 2, a Faderport, and a DP88. After using PT for a decade I switched to S1 and pay for sphere after buying Pro 3 and 4. I rarely talk poorly about any of the products in any way. But this is garbage. Most of the older articles on the main screen do not open and if I want to reference a really old one, they disappear. I am unable to access manuals of my software but can for my hardware. I can’t click through to the Knowledgebase section to learn more about my products without going to the website. Studio One 5 says there are no videos available? Even with sphere? Cmon. Just spend a couple weeks and integrate this into sphere so it’s not just a glorified way to easily register products (which that does work well and earned the second star.) Show more

    Log In issue
    Do you have to create a new account, I have had a Presonus account for 8years, but it is with username and password, try my email and does not work?

    Doesn’t work well
    The app doesn’t accept my presonus login credentials. Ok, so maybe the login is separate, so I try to create a new login. I fill out the info and click the submit button and the working indicator just spins and spins. Not impressed so far. The 5 star reviews must have been from the developers or “testers”. Show more

    Very handy app!
    It’s nice to have access to all of my products and especially to the Knowledge Base from my phone! Highly recommended!!
