The app crashes ; im sad and want a refund

I’m not hearing background sound on any video, even tried the sounds on the app ??

The effects seem super cool, but it’s almost impossible to know how to use this app. It won’t let me trim what I want, it’s altering filters without my control, etc. Definitely a waste of $3.99. I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else wasting their time on an app that isn’t helpful. Don’t recommend. Show more

Complete waste of money

Ok, I don’t know if this is just me or not, but when I open the app, it says “you can choose up to 15 photos or videos” and when I press “got it” it doesn’t let me. Nothing happens. When I press the button, nothing happens. And then I noticed something in the background. “Don’t miss a beat! Enable push notifications!” So I checked and saw that my notifications for that app were enabled. So what’s going on? Show more

You know the drill. It’s just another one of these. It doesn’t work. The first feature bugged. I killed it and relaunched. The next feature bugged. I cycled again. Third time, another bug. The app freezes at each bug. Never even got a file uploaded. App deleted. You’re welcome. Show more

Keeps glitching! Keeps kicking off and definitely needs and update! ?%!!!!

Absolutely loved this app for years but I fell out of making videos. Recently got back into it and no matter what I do no sound works on the app. I restarted the app, the phone, and redownloaded it. Nothing changed no sound from my own videos and from the provided Apple Music tracks. Very disappointed Show more

This is a good app im a little upset that u have to pay for the filters but rather than that its a good app! ?

Gifs, music, and audio havn’t been working the past several weeks. Ive seem other comments talking of the same problem so its not just me.

It was working fine Saturday and now it won’t do anything. This is dumb. Fix it yo!

For three days now my Groovo app and the groove of app of everyone it seems globally doesn’t work,the music, does not work like the iTunes music contract was taken from groovo!? What a shame! Developers please fix GROOVO I LIKED GROOVO! Show more

Great editing but need for 3 min vids

The app is amazing overall but I forgot how to finish making my video like done so if they could have a help feature that would be amazing

Every single time I try to put a music I save it and when I click the video it’s silent I’m at max volume and I tried everything it just doesn’t work I’m considering on uninstalling >:(( 1 star Show more

I’ve had Groovo for months; paid the subscription when they started to charge for it. Now the app keeps crashing, freezes and won’t load as of March, 2021. What a waste of time and money. Show more

I’ve been trying to search for a background track all morning and it just spins. Why am I paying for this? I literally only have it to be able to add music. If this continues I will be canceling. Show more
