Got a soundsport for Christmas. App can connect, Bluetooth occasionally connect but then it forgets. Returning the speaker and removing the app. I’m pretty technical but when by $70 no name speaker connects every time and the name brand can’t even do that, it ain’t on me. Show more

If your iPhone is upgraded to IOS 16+, this app simply does not work. Shame

This app doesn’t work properly on iOS 16, while it works on iOS 15. This bug has existed more than 4 months but still there. So upset.

Please Bose fix this !!!

Buyer please beware, I purchased two Bose S1 Pro speakers at BB and , I returned them today to BB only because they will not work with the iPhone Pro Max 14 IOS 16.3. Some Bose techs don’t even have clue because, I spent 1 hour on the phone and when we couldn’t even get it to work. I called apple and they said developers need to update their Bose connect app. So I called back to Bose support and told them they need to train and educate there tech reps so they don’t have to waste time trying to troubleshoot something that couldn’t be fixed in the first place. The techs had no clue that the app will not work on iPhones 14 Pro max 16.3 iOS. Bose techs are now aware of the problem however they will not address of fix the issue or even update the app so it will work. Either they don’t no how or they need to hire someone to do it for them Show more
