i did a some missions to earn heart beats but only received the heart beats for one of them despite completing all of them

When doing the daily quiz I can’t see the whole question which makes me fail please fix that???

Update: the app developers fixed the ad washing issue and after completing the update they pushed out, the app is back to playing ads and giving beats just like it’s supposed to be. Thank you for your rapid response and getting the problem solved very quickly. It’s back to being the 5 star app that I love! Original review This app was absolutely fantastic until today. I watch ads every day to get heart beats for future voting but all morning I’ve been getting either “Ad stopped, beats not acquired” or “an unknown error has occurred” messages after watching some apps. I know it it’s happened a good 15 times now all after completely watching the ad. I have no problem with watching ads for beats but watching ad after ad only to get a “ad stopped, no beats acquired” or “unknown error occurred” after spending my time doing this, that’s a problem that needs to be fixed. I have never had this issue before. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting the app multiple times. Please fix this issue. Show more

I like a lot of things about this app, but there’s one thing that I think could use improvement. I think the app should have an option to see how many beats will expire in all months. The “heart beats expiring this month” should have an option where we can see, if we have any beats that expire on perhaps may, April, June, or sept and etc. I hope you guys can change this…it will make things so much easier for us kpoppies. Mubeat is good for its purpose overall but I’ve been having a problem with the loading. When I open the app it stays on the purple loading screen with their logo. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes waiting for it to open, It’s definitely not a wifi problem or my phone because I’ve even tried rebooting and it hasn’t worked. Show more

This app is great but it would be nice if you could save the videos to your device . I make kpop edits and when I screen record the quality isn’t as good. So it would be really nice if you added a save to device option Show more

I like the app just they won’t let me watch the music videos just the stage performances but I’m fine with that so other than that I like it
