    Worthless app
    I have yet to figure out what this app is for?? I originally thought it would add some functionality to my new sound blaster GC7 DAC but I was mistaken. Then, I thought it could help with music I played on my phone like pandora or Amazon music and again, I was mistaken. This app is completely worthless to me. Show more

    Doesn’t work as usual
    The app failed to know that the Apple EarPods is connected, and keep asking for xFi device. The last working product was Sound Blaster AWE32. Anything after that were plagued with blue screen of death, and now this app doesn’t know that EarPods is already connected. Show more

    App doesn’t work properly stay away
    I could pair the headphones to my iPhone no problem but the app won’t recognize they are paired. If your going to bother having an app it should just pair automatically. Why have an app for Bluetooth headphones that can’t even pair with the headphones they are made for. Show more

    No way how to add music!
    App is simply a scam. It is non functional! You must create an account to be able to try it. And then there is 1 sample track and no option how to add your own music! 0 support too! Amazed that Creative went this low. Show more

    Worthless!
    The app doesn’t even have a way to browse the local file system to look for music. I asked their tech support what sources they will support for music and how to download it, and they told me to ask Apple. I asked why they can’t use network-attached storage with a protocol like WebDAV, as other vendors do, and they disconnected the chat. Lousy software. Lousy support. Show more

    Pointless
    The pictures in the App Store show all the streaming services, but this only works with songs downloaded in your local library. No one listens to music like that anymore. It’s false advertising and completely useless. Show more

    Confusing
    Why does it explicitly show and recommend using the SXFI amp in the pictures but say that the sxfi amp is not compatible?
