Just downloaded but a nightmare trying to get music

The fact that I can’t play my playlists through Apple Music makes it useless. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Works fine on Apple iPhone, however, same app on Sony Walkman 507, a current version Walkman, will not recognize the TW1. Tried everything I could think of.

The headphones only works in monotone mode. And there is no way to enable stereo via this App!!! Also no way to correct the personal email in the setup. So, there is no way to communicate with the company. Show more

My iOS settings do not show me an option to “allow play to access media and music.” So i cannot import music from iTunes. Whats up? PLAY (3.3.0.838) Model: iPhone13,2 OS: 15.3.1

Beautiful interface, for incredible Aonic SE215’s series2. ( Now I wish I’d spent some more on the higher-series!). But, these are awesome and LOUD!!! Tried the Sony WX1004’s my mother had, but they’re overrated, and not LOUD ENOUGH! Not for me, at least. In a year, I’ll likely move up to a higher version of this series. Maybe 2-3 driver. Also! VERY COMFORTABLE, and secure. Takes some getting used to putting them on; never used over-ear earbuds before. But they simply never fall-out, or come loose. Great sound/product Shure!!! I was under the impression that the ShurePlus Play app was an app to control the Aonic earbuds. But its really just a music player. I wanted EQ control over apps like Spotify, YouTube, etc. You know, apps where people ACTUALLY listen to music. Do people download music anymore? Please add this feature. Show more

can’t keep the headphones connected to my phone

The AP is fine except for the two second gaps between tracks in an album. This is very annoying. Any music player worth its salt no longer has that issue. Please fix this ASAP. Show more

I went out of my way to buy a solid pair of earbuds that can swim in my sweaty summer workouts and transition nicely to under my motorcyle helmet. And they did that at first. Now the right one is completely dead and getting answers on replacements or refunds is like pulling teeth. The app allows interesting features that most consumers aren’t used to seeing- which is cool, but it really needs to smoothly allow for warranty and repair, as these two areas are the complete circle for the whole customer experience. it doesn't work for me i have aonic tw1

The app is fine but could be easily improved with an optional 10 band basic EQ. The current EQ is fine but requires a bit of a learning curve to use it effectively and the current 4 bands is not enough to fine tune. Show more

This app has saved my tail a couple of time when having to pair new device to the buds. Really easy. There is also an adequate EQ with several presets as well as the option to tweak the presets if you wish. Show more

Still getting used to tuning the EQ for my Aonic 50s. One thing I noticed is that it does not go into landscape mode like the instructions say - making it very difficult to pinpoint where I am dragging the levels in portrait mode. Also, the battery level doesn’t seem to go down from 100%. It’s just stuck, whereas when I go to the battery level on my phone it will show it is something different. Overall, very useful app but I hope they can fix these issues. Show more

Not user friendly or even that functional.

Had to uninstall for Aonic 50. Volume fluctuated. App crashed frequently.

This is a great app it integrates nicely with the headphones.

I’ve downloaded many songs and created many playlists, unfortunately many of them won’t sync.
