I can tune my Mandolin accurately now

So I’m a beginning mandolinist and it’s always taken absolutely ages to tune my instrument, to the point where I would dread tuning. This app is really easy to use and I like how it’s nice and simple, none of the back-and-forth nonsense that must tuners have. I highly recommend this app. Btw I don’t know about the other features because they looked complicated so I didn’t test them? Show more

I was trying to tune my new mandolin. When I was on my 3rd string, I was nearing what was supposed to be the “sweet spot”, when my string popped straight out of place. Turned out not only was I not near the correct tune, was 3 octaves off! Don’t waste your time. Show more

There’s lots of buzzing while tuning, and it doesn’t automatically switch to D after I have the G strings tuned, I’m hitting the D string and the tuner is still showing the G string. I have a guitar tuner app and that is very easy to use and works perfectly; this one for mandolin still needs work. Show more
