I can’t access my account on this for the past month now just Swiss Authorization denied why can’t they get this app working this is absolutely ridiculous

Trash app. Needs bug fix asap. Doesn’t do anything it supposed to.

Authorization error.

Authorization error….. I’ve logged in on my pc but neither my phone or iPad will log in with the app….. I honestly believe the app has broken…. Please fix this

I can’t even log in. I keep getting this error/alert box that says “Alert! Authorization Error”

My advice to anyone Don’t use this service so complicated to use plus after canceling you access don’t go to the end of bill circle, you actually get cut out immediately, a lot of empty playlists on their site as well Show more

The used to be a great app, now spins and FRP live no longer link. Also , the Mac version of Spinz doesn’t doesn’t seem to really be working I can not preview my songs . Show more

Overall I believe the website FRP live is wayyyyyy better, I would just love you guys to fix the search engine. When you search for a song with the title it doesn’t pop up, even when you add the artist it doesn’t, for about 40% of the music on here. I have to go to the artist and click page by page. A little time consuming. Overall I’m satisfied Show more

Terrible the app won’t even let me log in

Before Spins was updated, I was able to download music on the go and get home, turn my computer on and download them to my external. I can’t do that now! Please look into this. It’s really no reason to have Spins if that can’t be done. Show more

I keep getting an “authorization failed” when I try to log in to this app but am able to log in on a desktop using the site.

Pretty much useless, looks good but can’t use any of the features.

Great as a companion app to listen to music on the go, but the where do the download tracks go? Where are the folders that were created??

Same issue as Dj Qevlar and I’ve subscribed for years now. No change. Would be an amazing feature....in reality.

Desktop app? Can’t login. Mobile app? No downloads anywhere and app does not function properly. Just all around bad.

The app Doesn’t work with the new Desktop App. It doesn’t initiate any downloads on my computer. It worked before they pushed the new website. And app.
