those of you claiming to be audio engineers who gave this 5 stars, clearly are not real audio engineers. This doesn't have enough resolution for proper audio engineer applications. decent app for amateur's but need many more options before its audio engineer worthy. Smaart costs $800 for a reason. I found the use free version, but I think it would better if you charged a small fee up front then offered the Premium version.

Can't do anything with the free version. The popup is right on top of everything. Without subscribing for the trial (3 days) there is no way to test the application. Adios! Literally every button in the app opens a popup ad trying to make you pay, and no settings are accessible.

If you only ever use the default microphone there might be a point to trying this out. I don't think it is useful for any other type of input, but I don't really have a way to see that because the pop ups focus on trying to get you to buy something with no depth in the description of what you get after you pay. All that is available for free is the default microphone input. It is not useful in my studio. Show more

Throws up a popup window that will NOT go away. Repeatly clicking on the Start Trial button does nothing. Maybe it works under other versions of OS/X but not for me on Catalina. Show more

Seen some reviewers talk about a popup ad that doesn't go away. There's a "Continue with limited version" text on the ad itself. If you click that, the ad will disappear and you can use the app. The app itself does what it should for free functionality, gives you a rough estimation of frequencies its hearing. Show more

They want $10 a month for a subpar spectrum analizer. NO WAY THIS IS WORTH $120 a year.

Unless you plan on buying the app you cant do anything. It promps you to try a 3 day free trial and the have to subscribe. It wont even let you decline this or close the app if you dont accept. Totally bull Show more
