My wife and I have been members supporting KRCC’s operations since we came to Colorado Springs in 1996. We love this station and the app because when we are away from our radios, we can still listen... even when we are on the other side of the world. For example, when we were in rural Italy last Fall, we used the app to listen to our favorite programs and stay abreast of what was going on at home. How cool is that!? Show more

Gives you all of KRCC in one place

Love this station because they support Live From Here with Chris Thile. Didn’t realize there’s an app until just yesterday.

Clean app loads faster seems more stable connection drops less.

I use the app almost daily. It is not unusual for me to have to stop and reload the app as it gets stuck or loops.

Listen while on the go or exercising

It looses my place often if I pause and definitely if I close the app, listening to wait wait archives. Otherwise the app is great however I hope they fix this fundamental flaw! Show more

Great station flakey app

KRCC Is my favorite radio station. I help support with regular monthly payments. You are improving regularly with this app and new news programs. However I do get tired of hearing you brag that you are our southern Colorado was in PR station You are too weak to receive even on the car radio in the southern towns of Monte Vista Alamosa Fort Garland Blanca Center etc. fortunately we do get NPR on our local Alamosa station of KRZA. I live near Center and have to use special radios to receive you. Sure wish you could boost your power on the Salida relay. We support KRZA but they don’t have budget for all your programming. The cell phone app is great but when you’re in your car your radio would be nice to use. Show more

It’s great to be able to get morning edition every day while getting ready for work without having to have a radio in the bathroom. Love this app.

I use this app daily and most of the time it is great. But there are times where it will lock on to the BBC and not play anything else. I have to delete the app and then re-install it before I can get to other programs. Usually only happens these days about once every couple months. Show more

I listen to NPR religiously every Saturday and Sunday. I have three front range stations that I stream plus pod casts if I miss anything. KRCC offers diverse listening opportunities each day. The producers choose programming that gives a broader perspective on history as well as world view. ( the Jefferson Hour - Ted Radio Human kind - etcetra! Thank You Show more
