After years of broken promises there is still no AUv3 for SynthOne… making it a beautiful, but useless, toy. Sad. This had so much potential. Also no update for a year so this is basically abandoned now. Show more

I gotta hand it to the team involved in this synthesis project! The ability to record and export to wave is ideal when your DAW isn’t cooperating properly! At the moment I utilize the AudioKit Synth One on my IPad as my studio is currently mobile and not stationary. Loads of fun and the ET settings are far beyond my comprehension than what I have been doing. This Kit is definitely being added to my future live performance instrument setup! Really well done app

I was hoping to just program notes and play the sequencer but this isn’t intuitive if you’re brand new to synth playing. I got on some odd screen and couldn’t get out of it. Where’s an excellent beginner synth app? This isn’t it. Show more

Wow I can remember when I first discovered this synth but I have been playing around with it for a couple of years now off and on. I do not really know how to play keyboard or anything else for that matter but hey with this app you dont need to know anything just open it up and start exploring. And it works with Garageband too so it is very easy to record. The samples and sounds are amazing and all the user controls are mind boggling. I am still also studying with and app called synth tutorial which explains all the terminology and explains all the ways to use and change the signals and sound waves. I am 71 yo music hobbyist and I just love learning new things. So thank you to all the experts worldwide that have come together out of charity for us poor working class folks to put out a free professional music creation app like this.
