If you like ambient music and the skills of the Echoes program to go and find the most interesting music, this is the app to learn about it.

iOS iphoneX APP won’t play. I guess no biggie... safari will.

Love the app, my only request: show the artist, song, and album artwork that is currently playing, you know, like all other music apps do

Great choice of tracks

The app meets the basic needs, but it would be awesome to skip to the tracks you want, easily see what song is currently playing, and pick up where you left off in a program when reopening the app. Rock solid program though. I love me some Echoes. Show more

Echoes Online / subscription is lovely - definitely recommend. The app itself is not great. You cannot view songs / playlists from too far ago. You cannot download anything for offline play. The current track is not highlighted while playing. You cannot select which feeds to show in the home page (if you only listen to certain ones, for example). The status of the track / app is lost very easily - restarting it upon relaunches. You cannot favorite items / shows. I am sure there are many features I could think of, but the general point is the app needs quite a bit of work. Again, great service and I still recommend people download the app, but it’s far from perfect. Show more

Wonderful, amazing, enjoyable music hidden behind bad user experience app design. Could and should be so much more.

App is a little confusing at first, but the learning curve is low.

Love the music but I wish it would highlight the song that is playing so I don’t have to figure out which one it is. This is a major point for me. I wish you could also forward past a song you don’t like. When I reopen a program, I wish it would return to the spot I last listened to... if I haven’t finished that particular program. The ability to highlight songs you like would be nice also. Show more

I’ve been able to get the app to work correctly only once. Don’t get me wrong. Some parts of the app work just fine, such as listening to Living Room concerts, interview podcasts and Wordless Echoes. But if you’d like to catch up on one or more of the radio shows you missed, forget about it. The Echoes Online section hasn’t loaded since the first day I subscribed. Needless to say, renewing my subscription for use with this app would be foolish. Such a shame for such an incredible show. Show more

I love echoes and like the idea of having it available on my phone. But the 2 hour programs load very slowly and sometime not at all. I can usually fix it by deleting the whole app and then reinstalling it, but that is time-consuming. I’m disappointed. Show more

Content is great but it takes forever to load the most recent episodes. Have tried on several devices with high-speed internet with the same results. Often the episodes don’t load at all unless I kill the app; sometimes have to do this more than once. Show more

Music is everything.

This app crashes on startup. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it restarts but when accessing a program, it either crashes or boots me out entirely.

Listened to Echoes back in college in the 90s. Glad to have found this app and glad to be back!

The app is great. Especially the playlist section...

Great app, pretty easy to navigate especially the first time. Went right to the latest broadcast replayed the hour and downloaded from Apple App the music I was looking for. I plan to support Echoes, and have many of my family and friends listening to Echoes now! Show more

Since Aug 11 update, my login/password no longer work. Epoch have emailed me the credentials, so I know they are being entered correctly. Several emails to various support teams, but not a single reply to correct the problem, just a "promise to have tech support contact you asap". Three weeks later and no contact from them. Meanwhile my paid service time continues to run down, and I cannot even use it. Unbelievable. Show more
