    Bluetooth app won’t connect
This app isn’t creating a connection to any of my iOS devices anymore. Says still searching and only offers demo mode despite having an iOS Bluetooth connection in Bluetooth settings. Same on all devices. It’s an app problem.. Please update! Show more

    Terrible, Completely Broken
No connection. Deleted and re-downloaded app. iPhone connects to the speaker but the app no longer finds it, so I have no control over the settings.

App doesn’t work with iOS 16.0.2
You need to fix this asap! I almost had to cancel a gig because the app won’t open with this new iOS update. Thank god my wife hasn’t updated her phone yet and I was able to open it with her phone and not lose out on money! Please fix this this week!!! Show more

    It’s great when it connects
App is super simple and easy for anyone to use, but the app sometimes does not connect to my devices. Especially my iPad

    Doesn’t work
Followed all the steps. Contacted support twice and followed their steps. App doesn’t work with my iPhone 7. The speaker works though. It’s just the app that doesn’t work.

Really good app, but with some updates could make it excellent!!
awesome app for sure, I use it with my Mackie free play Live. But it would be awesome if you guys could make the power status more visible! So we can take a better eye on the battery life time. Another thing that would be great is, a digital TUNE for chord instruments! Since we’re plugged in, it would be very easy to tune up our chord instruments such as guitar, bass, Ukulele, etc etc Thank you guys Show more

    Forget it, Freeplay Home users...
If you only have one Freeplay Home this doesn’t do you a bit of good.

    First Looks = Huge Improvement
At first crack playing with the demo mode this is way better than the previous software. One thing that I really like is the ability to give each channel, including the Bluetooth, a different name! Also I can name the primary and secondary unit separately should I want to link to free place together. Again making this super easy if I hand off my phone to a friend and have them EQ and adjust reverb out in the crowd. Another big win is being able to see the queue for a channel I am on at the same time I am using the feeder. Also having two different screen views weather in portrait or landscape mode with my phone is just beautiful. I can’t wait to install this on my iPad and see how it looks that way as well. If the connection is anywhere near as salad with the free play that is coming up as it is with Mackie’s BST model Thumps this will be another game changing product. Show more
