Almost nothing third party works well with the iPad. Be it tablet versions or apple being aloof to this? There should be standards for tablets and yes apple, should help make auto scaling work better with the tablet for one, but also with ensuring that they function. Jaybird stuff hasn’t worked scaling wise on the iPad at all, but the core app was usable. Not so much anymore. Show more

App is great (would love to set the default sound / ANC within though). It's always draining battery in the background, ahead of safari and others every hour I have the headphones plugged in. This is worse with ios16, can you please update? Show more

Ever since the new iPhone updates, the jaybird app has been shutting down every time I try to change my EQ which I'm sure you can imagine is very annoying. I'm not trying to trash the brand or anything like that. Just would like to continue using my favorite earbuds on the planet seamlessly. Show more

Used to work flawlessly, now it can’t connect to the earbuds.

The app is unusable on IOS16 won’t open crashes as soon as you click on it

The Jaybird app does not work. It crashes whenever you try to launch it. It has not successfully launched once in the last month or more. Before that the app worked fine. The earbuds (I have gen 1 Vistas) are phenomenal, but the Jaybird app simply does not work. Show more

This app is amazing as far as audio customization. They have a handful of preset eq set-ups, or you can customize your own. Additionally they have active noise canceling and you can change how much ambient noise you want to let in. I’m using the Vista 2’s and the app allows for customization of the earbud button functions. The only problem; it doesn’t always connect to my earbuds. Music will be playing, meaning the Bluetooth connection to my phone working as it should, but the app won’t recognize the Bluetooth connection. To be able to make any adjustments/customizations to the sound, the app needs to be open and connected to my ear buds. So all the awesome features of the app are useless when it inconsistently connects to my Vista 2’s. If it worked as it should all the time, every time, hands down this would be a 5⭐️ app. But it doesn’t, so it isn’t. Show more

Can’t use the app because the buds won’t connect to app but it connects to my phone perfectly. I have tried to do things like deleting the app, turning off Bluetooth and then turning everything back on to try to connect but it won’t work. Show more

Issues with the earbuds aside (and there are many), the app does not consistently work. Since the most recent iOS update, the app doesn’t even open; it just crashes.

It’s to complex and extremely sporadic when it comes to adjusting tones …

I’ve used this app for about 7 months now and everything so great. The EQ is easy to set and pairing is quick. The bad part is that the app crashes when changing to a different EQ. Not a horrible problem but would be nice if this was fixed Show more

I have not opened this app for months since I got air pods to replace my jaybirds, but one day I noticed that this app was responsible for 60% of my battery usage for the day. Unsure of why. Had to uninstall app. Show more

I’ve noticed that most of my battery is getting drained by this app due to background activity. I turned off location settings for the app and that didn’t seem to help. Please fix. Show more

This app is dog water. It would be cool if it worked, but it refuses to communicate with my X3 buds now. No firmware issues, and I can listen to music normally from the iPhone Bluetooth menu connection, but none of the “features” are available because the app keeps. Not. Connecting. Show more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! earbuds sound good enough, not great… doesn’t matter if the crappy app never lets you connect your earbuds.
