I enjoy Qwest Tv as a service on my computer, but the app literally does not work whatsoever.

App keeps telling me to download newer version, but clicking the link sends me to the App Store, which shows that I already have the latest version. Otherwise, the app itself is satisfactory, but that’s not even the major problem. When my trial was ending (you have to guess when that is because they don’t tell you anywhere), I unsubscribed on the website BEFORE there were any charges on my credit card and promptly received a confirmation email. Nevertheless, my CC was charged LATER that day for the next month. I emailed their customer service (no phone # on their app or website) and requested a refund/reversal. Almost 48 hours later, still no response from them (it wasn’t a weekend) and the charge went from pending to full. It’s not worth my time to file a claim with my issuer, but I advise everyone else to not bother with them at all. Show more

A very bad app!

I still put up with it because I’m a music lover. Ya’ll still got to fix it though. I mostly listen to Jazz, Indie, and electronic music on it. They have a wide selection of it. The audio quality is great. The video quality is great to; 1080p and higher depending on the decade it was recorded. Show more

Greatest content but app is very buggy. For example, every time I open app, it says there is a new version. I have the latest version already. I have tried deleting the app and doing a fresh install, still get the same error. Show more

Love the content and idea behind it. I’m upset I cannot get it to airplay on TVs for the whole house to watch. Only thing I would fix.

Keeps me in the know. Shares classic artists and new artists alike. Some bugs now but I know with some updates this will be the go-to app.

App Refuses to work on Roku, slow and freezes on phone.

Content is unbelievable but apps for Roku and iPhone and Mac just are not there yet...please get this thing going

I love that this app has all kinds of videos, but this app is so terrible. Sometimes the app doesn’t even show the videos it’s just a blank screen. Sometimes the video will freeze. They’re all types of problems with this app and it makes me sad bc all I want to do is watch some jazz ??‍♂️ Show more

Like I really gotta go find my wallet just to subscribe? The content looks dope, but this app is outdated.

The app is very rough around the edges but with a few changes it could be all I ever wanted Top Changes Needed -please ad Pat metheny, Jaco pastorius, Lyle Mays, johnnie Mitchell and more. Artists list is a bit thin -videos need to play all the way thru without crashing -videos need auto play so ur not just left in silence when a video ends -recommendations of similar videos to what u have watched -some videos are filmed in 4:3 and then stretched to 16:9 so unless u have a nice tv that can compensate u have to watch the concert all squished or stretched out Android only issue- -Facebook login doesn’t work on android sometimes Show more

Love the concerts! The app is a little wonky for a paid app, but I’m wishfully thinking improvements are on the horizon.

Content is great but Apple TV says my subscription expired even though a have a current one.

The content is superb, video is usually great, only sound problems I had were from the concert themselves. Buuuuut I really with there was a fast forward / back up 10-5 seconds next to the play button. Much like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube does. Also this is a stretch but I think a function where you can change the speed of the video would be super cool too. Overall though, thank you for kick starting this cause this is probably the coolest streaming app to come out as a musician. Show more

...but I will never know because app doesn’t work. At least I can log in on iPad but app freezes. On android you can’t even get past the log in screen. Show more

I was very excited to find this, but so far it’s been completely unusable. Screens freeze, even while changing pages, and NONE of the concerts will play. I hope it gets fixed because the Jazz world needs this. Show more

The content is exceptional but I can’t get this to stream consistent video for more than a minute or two before it freezes. The audio stream continues for a minute or so with exceptional quality but eventually cuts out as the frozen video doesn’t prevent your device from entering sleep mode. This is a brilliant idea executed poorly. Show more

So many amazing concerts that I would’ve never seen otherwise... and who knew one of my favorite pianists Egberto Gismonti was a master guitarist too... found it out by watching his concert on Qwest.tv! Show more
