I love Musician’s Friend!

When you look at other sites and/or apps of other retailers, you find a ton mor info on the instruments. When you look at Musicians Friend/GC, you don’t see anything but decent pics at best and nothing about the guitar except for “comes with case”. It would be great to also include the neck shape, 1st and 12th fret measurements, pickup type/name, finish type, etc.,.. Show more

Out of all the apps on my phone this one is hands down the worst. Nothing against the company, but the app constantly crashes, the wrong picture of the item appears, or my shopping cart will not update. Half the time I have to end up using my desktop to make a purchase. Show more

I bought a Roland piano. After the purchase, they told me that they would bring it in a month. I do not recommend the store.

I tried to return a small amp. Several calls and emails later I was on the hook for $17 shipping on a $59 amp. Buy your equipment somewhere else.

If you want to make a purchase then, avoid this app. It won’t even let you add an item to a cart. Super frustrating.

Why is the “Add to wish list” link is visible in this app and on your desktop site that link is gone? Have no way to report a bug on your website as I prefer to shop it there, so I’m just writing this here. The 1 star is for the desktop website and not for this app. Show more

This is a review of the app, not of Musician’s Friend (the store itself is great). App is buggy. Sometimes fails to launch or quits unexpectedly. Lately the cart doesn’t work. You add items to the cart, it says Added to cart, but when you go to check out the cart is empty. Not good if the goal is to actually sell something to the customer. Show more

These folks are great!! Wide variety. Good prices and 8% back for future purchases. They are exceptional about customer service and returns. The “stupid deal of the day” items are true deals, not just pretend deals — and enough truly useful gear is sold that way that I do check it every day. Sometimes if you call you can get an even better deal than simply clicking “buy”. What a gift this business is! Show more

Good luck with a return or canceling!! Takes forever to get the funds credited back to your account! Great sales staff until the product is not what you expected, possibly damaged, or you have a shipping error. If you have an IT problem, missing rewards points etc, forget youre on your own!! They will however send you multiple links to reset your password. Do yourself a favor although its not much better go to a Guitar Center store, at least there you can speak to someone in the flesh, and get their actual name! Must easier to return, exchange or if youre really pleased theres management there to thanks and pass on the good/bad experience to. Show more
