So functionalities have to be improved.

The buffering is terrible. Doesn’t play instantaneously. If you click play button it starts playing maybe after 2-3 minutes. Forget about offline playing. If you want to take subscription fee then you should make the app fluent. Otherwise who’s going to buy gp music pack that doesn’t play? Very disappointed by GrameenPhone. Show more

Cant you update the app. Its been 3 years since the last update. Doesnt event support the screen size of iphone 11 pro max

I paid for full month. Still the app asks for subscription when I try to play any track. Worse is that, even after repeated asking, GP did nothing to fix this glitch. Show more

Really Disappointing that company like gp isn’t aware of this issue!!!

It’s doesn’t work in my iPhone 8plus. I subscribed for 30 days and it doesn’t even play. I called 4 times to customer care and wrested my 100 tk and time. They didn’t give me any clue, I tried to explain my problem by through email but no solution, sigh..... Show more

It doesn't work at all. When i have clicked on subscription it sends me a message to manually active it. When i have activated it manually it again ask for subscription on app ? how funny! But they have already cut the amount from my account - this works properly! Show more

My phone is running with the latest ios(12.1.4), still I can’t play music from this app. You really need to fix this issue, otherwise delete the app please..

App is buggy and needs improvements over time. Don’t just make a music app and just leave it.

This app does not work on my iPhone X after iOS 12 update, please fix the issue.

Please enable asap offline song download option like apple music or spotify so that we can listen songs offline. It’s disgusting to be online always and use data to listen songs. Fix it asap Show more
