The radio station is great but the app is horrible. 90% of the time it doesn’t work.

101.9 has been a huge musical part of most of my life. The peace and calm that it gives makes life a lot easier. Always grateful for this station!

You should look at other classical station websites much better and much easier to guide

We are so fortunate to have a classical station in Detroit! I am still learning about jazz, but I am thankful that they can both come together so that we can have a station that celebrates the making of music in Detroit. I love the mornings and evenings with Dave- having been inspired for lessons with my students by a piece I heard on my way in, in the morning, and in the evening, sometimes the traffic & day can be met with nothing but classical. I love the live concerts they offer, from the DSO- again, we are so blessed! My students have benefited from those too. The morning Sousa Alarm even has a special place in my day! I listen on the radio on my way to work and then at work via the app. Great station. Keep up the good work WRCJ!

I love having an app to listen to WRCJ. There are some fixes that need to be worked on. The station will stop playing quite often. Sometimes it won’t even allow the station to play. You also can’t easily locate the play button. It’s on the bottom and collapsed. Show more

Very enjoyable

I have been a listener for quite sometime and I thoroughly enjoy the music and the personalities. I can not listen to any other station now. The classical and jazz are better than other genres I don’t watch tv , it’s all foolishness to me now; I read and listen to WRCJ. Thank you to Dave , Peter, Ron, Jack, Davis, Linda . The app works great with no problems. WRCJ is one of the very few local stations that still supplies classical music. Dr. Dave’s Drivetime is especially good.

app is easy to use and offers high quality broadcast signal to the world's finest music.

Love the station. Love the app. FWIW, after the new version release (4.5.20) at the start of September I only got a black screen when I opened the app. I removed the app and reinstalled, and now everything looks fine. Just mentioning it in case someone else has this problem. Thanks! Show more

My favorite genre of music

I like the classical music they play. But I am not a fan of the style of jazz they play at night. It’s not a relaxing style jazz. So after 7pm I listen to classical KUSC from L.A. Or WLOQ smooth jazz from Orlando. Show more
