I overloeeed this game because it hel with the fact that I was rely bad at my piano and this al helped me aALOT

The app does its best at only teaching rhythm recognition and clef reading (but oh boy, no alto tenor or soprano clef for you - you just aren’t deserving enough for them I guess!). The music theory section is abysmal. First off, it introduces chords/triads and states that they are major or minor (LITERALLY STATES THAT MAJOR AND MINOR MODES ARE THE ONLY MODES) and then introduces inversions correctly (yay?) but then goes on to discuss seventh chords and COMPLETELY over-simplifies seventh chords as only being the dominant seventh (without even calling it a dominant seventh, they just call it a seventh). It also briefly explains time signatures and doesn’t even go over anything other that 3/4 and 4/4. Note values are brutally over-simplified and ties aren’t even explained. There are no double-dotted notes, or tripletized notes explained. Oh yeah, and it calls the treble clef the violin key and the bass clef the bass key (instead of calling the treble clef the g-clef, and the bass clef the f-clef. It teaches accidentals i.e. sharps and flats (but for some god-forsaken reason flats are a premium feature) and doesn’t explain enharmonics really. Also no explanation of double-sharps or double-flats. The actual piano lesson (or moreover, game) is unresponsive and scales terribly for smaller devices. It’s really easy to accidentally hit black keys and neighboring white keys. A lot of song’s rhythms are rounded out or the songs are transposed to different keys than the original. Please, don’t spend money on the subscription. Not worth it by any means. Use the app to learn how to read sheet music and then dump it ASAP. Waste of space (and money). Show more

I think it is an amazing app if you don’t have a piano at home and you really want to learn that this is the perfect app for it it was very creative and I would give it a five star but since I’ve don’t really play the piano I personally think it’s a tad bit too hard for me but other than that it was amazing!✌??
