    So far, very disappointed
    I bought the TP MIDI Controller a few years back for $400 and have sparingly used it because I couldn’t always be around my desktop computer. So when I heard that this app was available, I was ecstatic. Now I could use my iPad Pro with my TP! Yeah! But not without a few caveats. 1- You need a $40 camera adapter to attach the fob to the iOS device. 2- Fishman hooks you for another $20 for an in-app purchase to unlock the MIDI Controller. Why? No idea! 3- If your experience is anything like mine, good luck updating the firmware. It caused my app to keep restarting before it launched the program. Also, I was stupid enough to buy a sound pack (before updating the firmware) and could not find it anywhere in the app. Also, I had no luck pulling tracks from iTunes. Again it just hung and crashed. I realize this is just version 1 but it needs to get better fast or it won’t last. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it does work and sounds good. The interface takes a while to figure out and response to your guitar is amazing. But what good is it if I can’t start the app! Show more
