Brought the monthly subscription and all the videos are still locked. I can’t figure out how to fix that.

Had this app for a few months now for my son and it just randomly stopped working.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Paid online for annual subscription so kid can watch offline and app won't open gets to logo screen and then crashes. Worthless app and they won't refund subscription. Show more

Multiple times I’ve had issues trying to get the app to play. It keeps on freezing up and dismissing the app with an error message. Very frustrating waiting for it to try and work. Eventually I just walk away and come back hoping it’ll work. Show more

My grand babies love this app and they are learning how to sing. I wish it was cheaper to add to iPad for the year.
