    Can I give this no stars?
    11 Aug 2020 Just like the Kickstarter campaign with an expensive and no very useless music player, this app is just as broken as that tro-hy of worse expenditures. It won’t let you sign in, does not create an account, complains about social media unfairness and politics, and just generally isn’t accepting of any opinion other than Neil Young’s. Sorry Neil, love your music; but, can’t stand your almighty greediness. Show more

    HELP- I want my Neil Young! I have a paid account. It was switched to a free account by the app access even though it was paid for. I have contacted them over 5 times in a month and one response saying they can’t find the account. I sent copies of all receipts and no reply. Apple canceled it when I reported it to them and was instructed to buy it again if I wanted it. I did that. I am charged through Apple now and the app stated there is a problem with your account it is active. I look in my account and it says free account. I have no access. I love the music, music quality and all of its features but the app won’t allow me. I have no access to the features but have paid for it a few times. There is no contact besides email. Show more

    A must buy for any Neil Young fan!!
    Amazing music quality! I’m not giving 5 starts because the app still has a lot of bugs and glitches that are very annoying and causes me to have to close the app and restart. Needs some work. Otherwise an amazing app Show more

    Problems
    I’m a subscriber so I did not anticipate problems with the app. Downloaded twice with my existing customer information. Can’t log in at all & the support page access is non existent. So this app had proved useless for me. Show more
