    Amazing free app for beginners and experts alike
    Really enjoying this app so far, as I haven’t played the flute in at least 5 years. I like that it has a test for you to do with each practice so that you can identify notes, length of notes, rhythm, and pitch. I’m only getting started but I’m really enjoying getting back into music for fun. Show more

    For me a bit confusing
    Though this is a good app when you get to the second note one of the songs includes the first note and I even checked to make sure but it said nothing about this. So i played both notes but it didn’t work so I played just the note that I was learning. But that didn’t work. I only knew two notes and still can’t get more than fifty percent on it. But I think im just misunderstanding it somehow. But I mean before that it was fine but still I found it a bit confusing and I also checked multiple videos on how to hold a flat and The app wasn’t using any of these so it didn’t teach me how to hold it properly which confused me a bit.     Really wish I could use.
    My experience with Tonestro has been great when I tried it with my clarinet, but I recently bought a concert D flute and I was disappointed that the app only offers lessons for concert C flutes. :( Hope you guys can add other keys in the future! Show more

    Frustrating user interface
    The exercises are best done in landscape and that works well. But the explanations are only in portrait - which is a pain. I keep having to rotate my iPad. I can’t figure out what the difference between free and premium is for the content I want. I’m only using learning refresh my memory of playing flute from grade school through high school. If I don’t want songs, why would I want premium? For the most part it is giving me what I want so I give it 3 stars. Fix the orientation issue and I would give it 5 stars. Explain the value of premium and I’d give you money. Show more

    I recommend for anyone who wants to learn or practice independently!
    It’s a very useful app for independent learning. All in all it works quite well. For the first time in a year the server was down today, but I’m pretty satisfied. Show more

    Amazing game
    Amazing for learning how to play the flute, though I wish that there was more songs that you could play without buying the premium. Other than that it’s amazing! My band friend showed me this app, and I love it! But, I do wish there was a better selection for free music, like twinkle twinkle little star and Mary had a little lamb, but I love how it corrects you too! Other than all that it is a great app!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Show more

    This is the best music app I have ever used.It gives excellent instruction and exercises that are just the right level of challenge to keep me engaged and consistently improving. I had not picked up the flute in 20 years and now I love it again! Show more
