I trust Sweetwater more than any other company out there, but this app is absolute garbage. It’s super glitchy, and it literally NEVER keeps me signed in, it’s very infuriating. Doesn’t help the fact that this app hasn’t been updated in like 2 years either… Show more

Great, company and customer service however the App no longer works for logging into your account.

I ordered a guitar and it actually got 5 days before the estimated date. Also I had some trouble with my guitar a guy named Cory helped me out and I’m so thankful for that guy. BEST APP FOR MUSIC GEAR! Show more

I don’t know if it’s because Sweetwater does so much and offers so much that an app can’t handle it but simple things like logging in, staying logged in, and pulling your password from keychain would be a good start. Further, add in-app notifications to eliminate email notifications. Show more

This app consistently refuses to let me logon to my account to see purchase history, wishlist, etc. VERY POOR IMPLEMENTATION. Recommend firing entire App tech team and hiring competent programmers this time. Show more

It works okay on iPhones, but if one tries to use it on an ipad to see larger images, it will remain in portrait mode only.
