Love Sweetwater, but please fix this app! The log is issue has been ongoing for several months now. This is beyond frustrating. When shopping I want to use the app sometimes for quick things and convenience. I don’t want to have to go to my pc. And it doesn’t work to use a browser on my phone(to tiny) please get this log in issue resolved) Show more

Way too many bugs in this app that takes away from the overall buying experience. Hope they fix it someday.

Long time customer, no problems with Sweetwater. But if I’m gonna be spend money with them, I’d really like a usable phone app!!!

Orientation doesn’t flip when rotated on my iPad. As a result, I don’t use the app and do everything on the web site instead.

Sweet water selection shipping and experience Steph is top notch and 5 star company .So I wanted to be fair and see this first.The app on the other hand is a different story.I’m a fairly new customer my first purchase being four months ago.In the last four months I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app six different occasions as my login and password will not work on many occasions . I have the correct information it’s simply goes nowhere.New message appears to say that I have the incorrect information it just freezes.The first few times thinking I put the wrong password in it does not even send the email to me to reset.There’s been other glitches on the app site but again everything else about this company is super.
